I really like the listenm and read possibilities. It is perfect to have both, I think it is our favorite feature. next i really like the look of the app and how user friendly it is. It is also easy to reach them of you have questions. It is very easy to use software and you can do everything ont he road of your phone. Quick, and easy. We use it a lot in my team.
