What do you like best about HCL Commerce?

One of the things that I found the best about HCL commerce is their powerful search as it has different features from smart searching along with filters to search from and some auto suggestions too and it works well on mobile which I like is great to have as its mobility as it supports progressive web apps which allows smooth shopping experience to the customers on phone itself Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HCL Commerce?

The thing that I dislike about it is one is its smaller ecosystem compared to the other apps of the same domain as it has fewer plugins and a limited number of ready made themes and a small community and another thing is it is not built for small businesses which means if someone has fewer products and is only limited to a single country then it would be too expensive to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HCL Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?

When there's a large traffic of people at the same time during either sales or festive days, HCL commerce is better in these days compared to the others as it easily handles huge traffic which can process thousands of orders per minute so it's not possible to lose sales during high demands and another thing is that if you have a lot of products to manage which becomes messier, here hcl commerce helps as it can easily manage big catalogs and can manage many users at once Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
