From both and backend and user experience, the platform is easy to navigate. It doesn't require any advanced level of design or UX experience to create engaging content, nor do users have to have experience with this type of software to be able to hop in and instantly find what they need **What do you dislike about Haystack?** We can't wait to see what new features Haystack builds in the future and how the platform continues to evolve. **What problems is Haystack solving and how is that benefiting you?** My favorite feature of Haystack is its directory. The directory includes an org chart, a map view of all employees, and a roster where employees can create their profiles. The platform's search feature is lightning-fast, faster than any other people management software we previously/currently use.
