Sometimes this is double communications coming through Slack though, so it'd be nice if there was an integration there. Overall, I like the platform and notifications provided - it'd be hard to miss something! **What do you dislike about Haystack?** As mentioned, I wish there was a Slack integration to avoid double comms. I'm getting notifications through the platform to email already but sometimes things are double posted. The company is trying to use the platform for some culture building which feels a little forced and feels like some of the reactions and comms facilitation can be easier through Slack. **What problems is Haystack solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps with streamlining updates from the company. Both internal comms, sharing about external comms, reminders, and facilitating full company meetings and sending out follow up notes and meeting recordings. We also used Facebook in the past for social forums but not everyone had accounts. Now that we have migrated those chat groups into Haystack, we have seen a significant increase in engagement from our employees. The customer support team was helpful throughout the onboarding process and continues to assist us with getting the most out of the plaform. Another impressive differentiater with Haystack has been their development speed as they release updates every couple weeks. Haystack is still a relatively newer company so I think there will continue to be improvements but that is expected. We had an old version of Sharepoint before and this has been a 10x improvement over the last site that our employees actually use. **What do you dislike about Haystack?** Going off of a free tool like Sharepoint it was hard to convince internal teams that we needed to spend, but since launch it has easily been justified. I wish there were a few more integrations into some specialized services that we use, but I believe they will be coming out in the next quarter, so were excited to utilize those when they're available. **What problems is Haystack solving and how is that benefiting you?** Haystack connects all of our company's systems and information to one single source. It's a branded, one-stop shop for all of our employees - from the factory floor to the HQ to access things like a company directory, news and announcements, and policies (ex., employee handbook). I beleive that problem was fixed though. **What problems is Haystack solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have two campuses and employees that also work in the field. The presentation is clean, it is easy to use, and it's an awesome starting off point for new employees to find information. **What do you dislike about Haystack?** One thing that I wish was better about haystack is that the templates for frames in groups are a little limited. I wish it were easier to customize them. I also with the links would autogenerate icons from the website. **What problems is Haystack solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use so many different bits of software, and so much of our internal policy is across so many different platforms, that we are using it as a place to find everything without having to dig through multiple platforms. It also functions as a sort of "Gospel" for policy, in that if you see something written in our Haystack intranet, that is the one you should follow. **Official Response from Cameron Lindsay:** > Hey Bill!
