**What do you like best about HashTrack?**

I like that I can log in from anywhere and track critical billable hours!

**What do you dislike about HashTrack?**

I don't have any complaints. This is a straightforward tool to use.

**What problems is HashTrack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have tons of remote employees, this tool has helped us track billable hours from different locations.

**What do you like best about HashTrack?**

There are a lot of useful features you get in HashTrack but if I have to mention the absolute best one, i would like to mention the pictorial representation of the user's data. Its very intuitive and easy to understand and paints the best picture one can get.

**What do you dislike about HashTrack?**

There could be some more features like the ones we get with zoho portal. Such ac, we could get our IT details filling option. And the team organization could be a little better too.

**What problems is HashTrack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem it solves for a small to medium sized company is managing the employees timesheet. It quite effectively paints the picture of employees' projects, time sheet and leaves for both the employees and their managers.

- I was unable to find from where I can change the currency as it showed me BRL on the pricing page.

**What do you like best about HashTrack?**

Very easy to use, doesn't take a long time to get used to. You can use it to check-in/check-out

**What do you dislike about HashTrack?**

Sometimes can be misleading when progress dashboard shows a certain number of hours on a task that will take long, can show the inefficiency.

**Recommendations to others considering HashTrack:**

Make sure to use setting tools to verify the max or min. Number of hours for each task so that it won't show that there was no progress met on the dashboard.
