"Performance reviews finally stopped being a full-time job"

What do you like best about Harmny?

Before Harmny, every review cycle meant a shared spreadsheet per team, a form per employee, and me chasing managers on Slack for a month. Now the cycle has states. Self-reviews open, managers get their queue, I can see who is late without asking, and scores publish when I say so. The competency ratings sit next to the employee’s history, so a manager rating “communication” can see what they wrote last quarter instead of guessing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Harmny?

What do you like best about Harmny?

I like how Harmny connects daily tasks with bigger goals and performance. It gives us clarity on what needs to be done, why it matters, and how everyone is progressing, all in one place. It brings goals, tasks, feedback, reviews, and 1:1s together, helps improve accountability, and keeps the team aligned. I also like how quickly the support team responds and how seriously they take feedback. Harmny offers many native integrations and import options, so the setup was very easy and very quick.
