But most of alleasy implementation without onerous support requirements. Front end is intuitive and easy, so adoption isn’t that difficult even for novice users. So reduced learning curve helps getting up to speed. **What do you dislike about Hardcat?** They are not as well known as they should be so it took a while for some of the buying group to check on them. (but their reference accounts helped) **What problems is Hardcat solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracking and reporting on assets is on the surface what it does BUT the real problem it solves is making it easy for PEOPLE to do their job in tracking locating managing and reporting on the assets. The value is in the assets and getting the solution implemented reliably and consistently used is the result you want. They have plenty of features but the way its implemented means the features are useful and not burdensome. Easy implementation without onerous support requirements. Front end is intuitive and easy, so adoption isn’t that difficult even for novice users. So reduced learning curve helps getting up to speed. ### 2. With the preset tab you can create several list all with the assets requirement. Also like that you can change the preset class and it gives you a pop-up to change or keep the information on the tab. **What do you dislike about Hardcat?** Sometime when run a report the results do not have the same results. It happens more when I run a report from export on the File label and custom reports from the Reports label. **What problems is Hardcat solving and how is that benefiting you?** Locating sensitive assets when they end up in a non-inventory location.
