It is the best tool for the management of complaints and grievances of the company. It has an excellent interface that diversifies the complaints department-wise or hierarchy-wise. It has a ticket system that helps in tracking the particular complaint and follows all the details till its resolution. Time validity is also one of the best features of this tool. It allows users to track the status of the complaint and its status departments, and it will notify every movement of the complainant from one department to another.
