HappyFox offers an intuitive and clean interface, making it easy for both support agents and customers to use. The straightforward design helps in quickly navigating through complaints and managing them efficiently.

HappyFox can be expensive, especially for small businesses or startups. The pricing is based on a per-agent model, which can add up quickly as a business grows. Some users feel that the cost may not be fully justified, especially if they don't utilize all of the available features.

The priority setting option and also that teh SLAs can be defined custom based

The dashboard view can be improvised, everytime a user creates a dashboard the page refreshes and shows the first page

**What problems is HappyFox Complaint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In our organization we are using happy fox for internal ticket resolutioning and it helps by allowing a concrete view of all tickets specific to customers/internal users and others. The assignee and creator concept is full proof and allows a complete tracking on all paramaters expected.

HappyFox Complaint Management is a great tool to use. Sometimes it is difficult and you are unsure how to address certain complaints and this is very helpful to have. Customer support is amazing and very helpful. I use this multiple times.

I currently don't have any issues or anything that I dislike at this moment.

Many management issues that we have at our facility.

**What do you like best about HappyFox Complaint Management?**

It is the best tool for the management of complaints and grievances of the company. It has an excellent interface that diversifies the complaints department-wise or hierarchy-wise. It has a ticket system that helps in tracking the particular complaint and follows all the details till its resolution. Time validity is also one of the best features of this tool. It allows users to track the status of the complaint and its status departments, and it will notify every movement of the complainant from one department to another.

**What do you dislike about HappyFox Complaint Management?**

The user rights feature should be enhanced, and auto-notification for disposed of complaints and grievances should also be marked.

**Recommendations to others considering HappyFox Complaint Management:**

For an organization to manage the user and after-sales service, complaint management is of utmost importance. It has a great feature to track all the grievances simultaneously and allows users to follow the same. It helps in the quick resolution of the complaints.

**What problems is HappyFox Complaint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have received many sorts of feedback, reviews, grievances of various products and services. We need to sort all the grievances and issues departments and product-wise so that the respective person can cater it. This tool helps in the segregation of all the problems and grievances received and also assigns a ticket system. It allows user management to be aware of the status of the same. It's an excellent tool for complaint management.

Happyfox makes it really easy for our team to stay orginized. We had a ton of issues with managing tickets while staying on top of our road map. We were able to make 2 crucial hires based on the data we saw in happyfox

**What do you dislike about HappyFox Complaint Management?**

Not much. Its a straight foward solution with great customer service. The issues I have are mainly with our teams orginization.

**What problems is HappyFox Complaint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our support team was very unorginized. We had no way of cleary  prioritizing tickets. This has taken the guess work out of our process freeing us up to get back to a roadmap.

HappyFox is a great product. It's hard to find something for improvement. Maybe the reporting can be a little more intuitive.

HappyFox is a great solution as a ticketing system. It's easy to submit and track tickets and our users love it.
