I find it to be cumbersome, outdated, and not very intuitive - and I'm a millennial. The vocabulary and flow can be confusing. There is another web based program I find to be a breeze compared to this. I often need to contact administrators to clarify how to post or modify an opportunity. I like the ability to quickly run reports and see who is signed up for opportunities. I also like the ability to limit the number of people who can sign up for an opportunity. The ability to give people differing levels of back end access is also a nice touch. The calendar function doesn't always work as it should. It is often difficult to create customized ways for people to look up and sign up for opportunities.
