**What do you like best about Hadaly?**

I really appreciate the team at Hadaly. Being part of a young startup allows us to directly talk and interact with the founders, who are quick to solve any bugs or add the features we need. It's also great that they connect to QuickBooks for seamless financial insights and the CFO feature is pretty handy in guiding my focus areas. We had some clankyness during setup but the white glove service made it manageable.

**What do you dislike about Hadaly?**

The AI sometimes hallucinates a bit or makes some assumptions, but I understand this is more due to the LLM behind it and not necessarily Hadaly.

**What problems is Hadaly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hadaly connects to my QuickBooks, analyzes financials, and the CFO feature provides insights and focus areas to increase my company's value.
