**What do you like best about H2R.ai?**

H2R.ai is a fantastic HR platform that really simplifies how we manage our people. The interface is super intuitive, which makes it easy for everyone—from HR teams to employees—to use without a steep learning curve. I love how it uses AI to provide insights into employee performance and engagement, helping us make smarter decisions. The transition was very smooth and seemless.

The recruitment tools are especially handy; features like candidate tracking and automated screening save us a lot of time when hiring. It also integrates smoothly with our existing systems, which keeps everything running efficiently. It is very easy to keep track on how our request for hiring is going.  Overall, H2R.ai is a great asset for improving our HR processes and making our operations run more smoothly.

**What do you dislike about H2R.ai?**

None so far, their support tech is always ready to look into our pain points and always come up with a solution. no dislikes.

**What do you like best about H2R.ai?**

The  H2R system has significantly improved our workflow and efficiency. It’s user-friendly, intuitive, and has streamlined processes like onboarding, PTO, and Asset Management. I especially appreciate how easy it is to access employee data and generate reports quickly. This system has saved us time and reduced errors, making HR management more efficient and reliable. Highly recommended!

The H2R software has no cons to mention at this time. It offers a seamless, user-friendly experience with powerful features for HR management. We believe it provides optimal solutions without any drawbacks.

H2R has been a practical and productive tool for HR processes. The platform is designed to guarantee the coverage of personnel requests and facilitates an agile response to the needs of the industry. H2R gives us the necessary visibility to generate a work route based on information analysis and has become essential for the organization. We see a plus in the integration of modules that it has since it allows us to centralize the information and have cleaner and more organized processes.

User interface is easy to use and onboard. Customizable to see relevant information I need from an HRIS as it relates to my role. Celebrating successes of colleagues is easier as everything is visible right where you need it.

Nothing that I can think of at the moment.

Managing leaves has been cumbersome in the past and H2R helps with this a great deal
