**What do you like best about Gusto?**

What I like best about Gusto is how much it simplifies payroll and managing employee information. I use it regularly for payroll, tax filings, direct deposits, and keeping track of employee details, and having everything in one place saves me a lot of time. The interface is straightforward and easy to navigate, which makes running payroll much less stressful. I also really appreciate the automatic tax calculations and filings, since I don’t have to worry about keeping up with all the details myself. An unexpected benefit is how much easier it makes staying organized and having everything available in one place when I need to look something up.

**What do you dislike about Gusto?**

The biggest thing I dislike about Gusto is that some features can get expensive as your business grows. I also find that certain tasks or settings aren’t always as intuitive as they could be, and sometimes I have to click through several screens to find what I need. Customer support can also take some time when I have an issue that needs a quick answer.

**What do you like best about Gusto?**

I used Gusto to get my paychecks and clock in and out of work using the Gusto app. What I like most about Gusto is how easy it is to navigate. I always know how much money I will be getting, and it's easy to check and edit my hours whenever I need to. The setup was very easy and only took a few seconds. Compared to ADP, Gusto is easier to use and has more features.

**What do you dislike about Gusto?**

I haven't run into any issues so fare using Gusto

I use Gusto to get my paychecks and track work hours. It's easy to check and edit my hours, and I always know my paycheck amount. Gusto is simpler and more feature-rich compared to ADP, which had frequent technical issues.

**What do you like best about Gusto?**

The price is hard to beat. It takes a while to get set up, but the customer service is usually great and helpful - so that's another plus. Once you are set up, the payroll is extremely easy to run (better than other platforms I've been on). I'd recommend this to anyone looking to simplify, cut costs and have a go-to for benefits and the like.

**What do you dislike about Gusto?**

Moving to any platform can be difficult, particularly if you've been in business as long as I have... finding all the required state/tax numbers, inputting them correctly, etc. Other than that, Gusto has been great.

**What problems is Gusto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gusto has saved me a ton of monthly payroll. I also like that you can run as many payrolls as needed for the same price. Customer service is great as well.

**What do you like best about Gusto?**

The layout of Gusto is what I enjoy most! It clearly indicates your pay, timing and other functions of the workplace! It does a great job of integrating all the features you need. The AI technology is top notch. I believe it performs more efficiently than other systems I've used. The onboarding experience was a strong start to the process. You definitely get what you pay for! Gusto is the way to go!

I really wish they would deliver the cards for the wallet faster.

**What problems is Gusto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gusto helps me clearly see my pay schedule and make sure my hours are clocked correctly. So far, I haven’t run into any problems, but it’s still new to me.

**What do you like best about Gusto?**

I like that everything is integrated into a user-friendly platform. I don’t feel like I have to be technologically proficient to understand and use the software. Also, the Parafin payroll bridge has been a lifesaver a few times while we wait on working capital.
Being able to compare benefits side-by-side without having to have a phone call has been very useful, and while I haven't actually switched to one of those options, it does allow me to stay confident that the benefit we do have are the best for our business.
My favorite feature is that the employees can add and change their banking and personal information without additional work on my end.

**What do you dislike about Gusto?**

So far I haven't had any issues except that changing the payroll periods and dates can be a little bit tedious and confusing. Fortunately, once that is set up it is very simple.

**What problems is Gusto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Employees can update their profiles and pay preferences without needing my input, which is very convenient and saves me time.

**What do you like best about Gusto?**

I like the graphics for Gusto, which make processing payroll seem not as mundane as other sites. The documents feature and onboarding is also really helpful and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Gusto?**

Creating tasks for onboarding feel too bare bones, I'd like to be able to attach documents and other things to tasks but have been unable to do that. I also haven't had much luck with Gusto AI chat, so I have to go to Google to find answers to my questions.

**What problems is Gusto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gusto has really made it easy to do background checks and drug testing. So now we don't have to go through third parties. Having it all in Gusto makes it easier to keep track and save all necessary documents. I like the Checkr and Middesk features best because it takes the guess work out of background checks and tax info.

**What do you like best about Gusto?**

Gusto is a payroll system that’s very easy to navigate and gives me all the specific information I need to understand my paycheck. It also provides my end-of-year tax information, which is really helpful. I’d recommend it to any employer as the price is quite reasonable. The platform integrates with all of our existing software with minimal effort.  All of my coworkers have had positive experiences with it as well, with the system performing well as far as speed and reliability. The platform does offer an AI Assistant, Gus, if you need any assistance. Onboard was quite easy and support is available to make the process seamless. Plus, I enjoy the cute little pig icon!

**What do you dislike about Gusto?**

It is difficult to actually find any faults with this system. I have used multiple platforms in the past, and this one stands out as a winner. My only complaint is that it rounds up my hours on the email notification and that is a little bit confusing.  The pay stub has a more accurate accounting of my hours worked

**What problems is Gusto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gusto helps me by making it easy to look up all of my paystubs in one convenient location. Prior to this, the employees only had paper paystubs, which could easily be misplaced. Now all of the employees have access to all of their payroll information instantly in an easy-to-use platform

**What do you like best about Gusto?**

I use Gusto for payroll, expenses, handling payments, viewing statements, and dispersing money, and I'm very satisfied with it. My favorite parts are the overall user experience and user interface, which I find very easy to use. It's fast, responsive, and allows me to do things that feel less clunky than competitors like ADP. Tracking my paycheck and easily setting up direct deposits are standout features, along with the application's overall responsiveness. The initial setup was very easy, onboarding was simple, and it was straightforward to make sure my money goes through. Submitting expenses, like for traveling, is also very easy.

**What do you dislike about Gusto?**

I think Gusto could potentially improve by introducing features that allow for faster access to money without requiring account creation. Also, the addition of tax services, tax snapshots, liability reports, intelligent routing, and perhaps an AI agent assistant within the application would be beneficial.

I use Gusto to handle payroll inquiries, payments, and employer reviews. It's easy to set up, manage direct deposits, and submit expenses, simplifying managing my finances.

**What do you like best about Gusto?**

I am a Payroll Specialist for an Accounting and Bookkeeping firm, so I use Gusto along with another well known platform to perform all of my payroll tasks. I can say that there are certain things that I like a lot more on Gusto then on the other platform, such as ease of navigation across the platform, helpful, generally knowledgeable and friendly customer service and multiple different options of contacting customer service including chat, (which I use most frequently) email, phone call (when the lines are open) or a call back feature. They have a pretty helpful knowledgebase if you are trying to resolve an issue on your own as well. I did utilize their certification programs when I was first learning how to navigate Gusto as well, which I found very helpful and being able to add the badge to my signature lets our clients know that I have done my due diligence to learn the ins and outs of the Gusto platform. Gusto has a ton of useful features to offer it's clients, and we also use Gusto for our own payroll platform, so I use it as a user as well as an Administrative role and find ease of navigation to be across the board as both types of users.

**What do you dislike about Gusto?**

So far with my personal experience, there have been a few areas that could use improvement. I have had a few encounters with customer support, primarily through chat, that have given out incorrect information which lead to further interactions needed with customer support for the same issue. There have been numerous bugs and issues on the site that I have needed to report as well. There are still a few features that clients would like to see Gusto develop, such as options for Roth 401k deductions (post-tax), as one example. I have also been told on numerous occasions by customer support that I would be contacted further about a specific issue, and never heard back from anyone regarding my case. I have also requested call backs and never received any call back.

**What problems is Gusto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to sell a lot of our clients on Gusto's payroll services, which helps our business grow and gives our clients confidence in our abilities to handle their payroll with precision and care on a trustworthy and fairly priced platform.

**What do you like best about Gusto?**

I really appreciate that with Gusto I can receive my money earlier and it helps relieve the stress of taxes. The automatic tax calculation is a big help, showing me my gross income and what I'll take home. Security is also a significant like for me. I need to know how much money I'm taking home at the end of the day, and Gusto helps with that. Time off management and benefits administration work well too. I like the automatic tax filing, payroll reminders, and the management of reports. Reports are good because they allow me to review payroll expenses and employee earnings effectively.

**What do you dislike about Gusto?**

I think the reporting could be a bit more improved because there have been a couple of times where the standard reports are useful, but creating customized reports is not as easy. And in general, the type of calculation isn't always accurate, which does mess with me a little bit. I think an area that could be improved is reporting. The standard reports cover most of the needs, but additional customization options would make it easier for me.

Gusto lets me receive my money earlier and reduces the stress of taxes with its tax calculations. It helps me understand my gross and net income, which is crucial.

**What do you like best about Gusto?**

I personally use Gusto mainly for the time tracking / logging in & out part of it. It’s also pretty easy to correct/fix errors when you make them as well. No searching for items in multiple places. And the fact that my paychecks, time off requests, etc…are all located within the same site, has saved me the trouble of being logged in to 3 different sites (at 10pm) trying to see if I was paid correctly.

**What do you dislike about Gusto?**

The Gusto Mobile App leaves a lot to be desired compared to the full Gusto Desktop version. For example, many items are either hidden somewhere or missing altogether and it is frustrating when the only platform you can access Gusto is via the mobile app. Additionally load times can be long…especially when accessing payroll. While my couch may be comfortable, I don’t want to spend that much time waiting to view information. The recruiter side of Gusto appears to be “half baked” as well.

**What problems is Gusto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to using Gusto; managing employee work schedules/time keeping records…as well as verifying/paying employees was a huge task. In addition; Gusto provides a single log-in point for all of our time related needs (time-off, pay-history, time-tracking); therefore we are not required to send emails to HR each time someone wants to verify their own information.

The single best thing about Gusto is its AutoPilot feature. If your team consists of salaried employees or hourly staff with steady schedules, you can virtually eliminate "payroll day" from your calendar. You set the schedule once, and Gusto automatically calculates, runs, and deposits the money.

**What do you dislike about Gusto?**

Gusto lets you manage employee health insurance benefits directly in the app, but they act as the broker. Right now, Gusto’s health insurance brokerage services are only available in certain states. If your business operates in a state they don’t cover, or if you already have an external insurance broker you like, integrating your existing benefits into Gusto’s automated deductions can feel very clunky and may require a manual workaround.

**What problems is Gusto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At its core, Gusto eases the headache of administrative fragmentation and regulatory anxiety by turning high-stakes business chores into a more automated, single source of truth. By automatically calculating, filing, and paying local, state, and federal payroll taxes in the background, it reduces the constant worry about costly IRS mistakes and compliance audits. It also smoothly manages everything from digital, paperless employee self-onboarding to sending clean, correctly categorized data directly into accounting software like QuickBooks.

**What do you like best about Gusto?**

I find Gusto very user-friendly, especially when it comes to setting up taxes and breaking down payroll. It not only shows me what employees will take home but also how much it costs my company to pay them. They provided step-by-step instructions, and I even got calls from Gusto to ensure I could run payroll smoothly. Anytime I had a question, I could reach out for help, and the software is easy to use. I definitely recommend it.

**What do you dislike about Gusto?**

Gusto keeps prompting me to get workers' comp insurance, but I found out through research that I would only be required to get workers' comp if we had 5 or more employees in our field of work.

**What do you like best about Gusto?**

I like the performance section for recording and tracking goals. I like that the manager can see it and it makes it an easy platform to measure success. Being able to see your past reviews also helps when writing yours each time.

**What do you dislike about Gusto?**

I don't think there is anything specific that I don't like about Gusto. The features are user friendly. It is easy to track past documents you have been provided or signed. It would be nice to have more info under the benefits tab about your benefits or links to access the info outside of Gusto.

**What problems is Gusto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use to track time on excel sheets that would manually be entered for paying. Costing time and more personnel. Gusto helps us to streamline this. It also helps take care of state specific info since we are a remote global organization. It would be nice if people outside the US that are employees could use it as well.

**What do you like best about Gusto?**

I quite like how easy it is to track all my hours from my phone and I don't have to use a time clock and stuff - I have not tried using any integrations with it before, but I would say it connected well well with the security features on my phone like the fingerprint sign in. It was really easy for me to get set up the first time I used it, and when I moved to a second job that also used gusto, it was very easy. It is completely free for me to uses so. Ia always appreciate that. On my phone, it is always super fast and does not use a lot of data which is nice in case I am working far away. I actually really appreciate that the app is kept simple and does not have any chatbots or other ai features. Where they do use ai, it is just like computer vision stuff that actually makes life easier.

**What do you dislike about Gusto?**

I wish there was better support for phone apps - my phone only worked for one of my jobs and then there was something like "its not implemented for this company yet" or something. I have not had a company that used slack integrations because both said they were kind of useless. I wish there was some integration between Jira and the "performance" section of Gusto.

**What problems is Gusto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Working remote, gusto is helping to make sure that I have accurate pay and easy time card management. This is much better than using sheets or something similar like my previous job and it makes sure that pay is always accurate and fair.

**What do you like best about Gusto?**

The ease of use is excellent. Support is always quick to respond, answering my questions professionally, promptly, and in a friendly manner. I’ve never run into any errors, and the performance of the software is top-notch. I’m paying a LOT less for Gusto than I did with my previous payroll software. Gusto integrates perfectly with my QBO, and the option to utilize Gusto's AI features is great, too.

**What do you dislike about Gusto?**

The only thing I would change is having the ability to add classes to the journal entries during the sync with QBO. Right now, I have to manually add classes to the JEs that Gusto creates when I run payroll. Hopefully, this will become an option in the near future.

**What problems is Gusto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our monthly subscription expenses have decreased considerably. I’ve saved at least 5–10 hours each workweek since we switched to Gusto. The reminders Gusto gives for completing tasks are very helpful, especially because it’s easy to get distracted in this office when so much is going on. Having Gusto prompt me to finish what I need to do keeps me on track and helps ensure tasks don’t get missed.

**What do you like best about Gusto?**

I really like the simplicity of Gusto; everything I need regarding human resources including clocking in and out, reviewing my hours, being able to see when I get paid next, accessibility to my hire documents. I love that it is all in one place. I also find the mobile app incredibly helpful.  Everything that I use on my desktop can be accessed just as easy on my phone or tablet. The initial setup, creating a new account, entering payroll banking information, and signing documents, was also very easy. The site was very straightforward and easy to follow.

**What do you dislike about Gusto?**

There is nothing that I dislike!

**What problems is Gusto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The probIem that Gusto is solving is disorganziation of HR materials. Gusto allows me to access to ALL of my human resources information in one, easy to use spot! I can track my hours, see my pay structure, manage time-off requests, review my personal documents if necessary and even access a list of my work peers. Everything is just simple and keeps all necessary HR documents in one place.

**What do you like best about Gusto?**

It is very user friendly. I like that Gusto gives me tasks so I can just complete them. I also like that it takes the guess work out of doing very complicated government and left-brain work. Knowing that I just have to log in and follow instructions saves me hours of brain energy and frustration.

I do like the automation smrt feature of the W2 forms for signing them it makes it very easy.

I really like Gusto because it's easy to use, and I can always call someone and get assistance when needed. The customer service is really great, and they're always easy to get ahold of. I also like their referral program, which has been helpful as a firm owner to refer it over to my clients and receive a nice compensation. They're fairly priced and don't charge per payroll. The initial setup was really easy, and my whole team knows how to use it, so it makes running payroll smooth.

I guess the only thing I would say that could be improved is that Gusto sometimes doesn't file some tax returns, and they don't necessarily tell you. You have to kinda go digging for them. So if you could get a notification that something wasn't filed, that would be really helpful. The only other item that I've kinda dealt with recently that I need to call and get assistance on is that my client keeps getting charged for a service that we never signed up for, priority support. We've thought we fixed it once, and this is the second invoice that she's getting charged for. But, I know I need to give them a call, and I'm sure they'll be able to help us out with that.

I love how easy it is to run payroll on a regular or as needed basis. I especially appreciate Gusto takes care of all of the tax filings for my company. Gusto alerted me to department of labor laws regarding time off accrual that I didn't even know where changing, and then provided an easy solution by walking me through creating a time off policy. It saves me time and money by taking care of mundane tasks. With it's QuickBooks Sync I'm able to easily reconcile payroll deductions and have an accurate understanding of my payroll expenses.

For what I need Gusto covers everything. There are some interesting benefits and features at higher subscription tiers but I haven't had a need to jump to a higher tier yet, maybe as I expand.

I like how the platform actually looks. Whether it's the app or the website, it is very pretty and easy to navigate. It is very simple. I like how easy it is to set different savings goals, as well as how much money is in my regular checking account. The PTO page is also very easy to navigate. I do not pay for the platform; my work does. The website is fast, and so is the app. Whenever I have needed customer service, they were very good about getting back to me. Have not tried connecting it to other platforms, but I have navigated those pages, and it seems like it would be easy to do so. I feel like I am getting my money's worth from the platform. The AI assistant chat feature is helpful.

I can't think of anything that I do not really like, if I had to be very picky I would maybe say that it is a little bit hard to navigate the saving goals and I wish I could just close one of them from the site instead of having to talk to customer service. Gusto has a great UI. It had a lot of integrations that are helpful. It performs very well at a reasonable price. The support and onboarding staff are helpful and responsive. I have used them several times. I have no experience using Gusto's "AI" but the intelligence in Gusto's forms have certainly helped me streamline my payroll process. When you are a small business owner, you are often the income producer. Gusto takes payroll from being a fire you have to put out, to an automated process you only need to think about when you're onboarding, generating tax forms, or reviewing reports. And even then, it takes the pain out of those actions. I highly recommend.

**What do you dislike about Gusto?**

The most difficult thing about using Gusto has been setting up my tax accounts. However, Gusto does offer to allow a third-party to complete this step for you. The price was a bit high for me to justify but the process has been a pain and it is unfortunately associated with payroll in my mind.

As both an employee and a manager of other employees, I really appreciate how Gusto acts as a one-stop-shop for HR and employee-detail management needs.  I can easily look up and edit both my own information as well as review and suggest changes for employees who report to me.

As a manager of employees who work in different departments across our company, we've had to figure out ways to provide ancillary formal feedback outside of the formal review, as that appears to currently be restricted to one manager per employee.  It would be nice to be able to define multiple managers for employees and allow multiple managers to provide formal reviews to one employee who works in different departments.

It's very helpful to have so much employee information easily accessible and manageable in one platform.  As an employee, being able to access bot my own details, paychecks, 401k stats, etc. in one place is very nice and saves time. I love Gusto as an employee side to check my paystubs, view tax documents, and manage general info. Keeping up with paychecks is easy, and I liked the new employee setup process, including remote ID verification. The UI is nice, though I don't care for the cartoon graphics. I can't speak for integrations. Performance seems fast. Pricing must be reasonable since my startup has it. I'm not sure about AI features, haven't seen any. It's all way better than, say, ADP or the paycheck platforms of yore.

I like how easy it is to find what I need in the Gusto dashboard. I am busy and running payroll is just one part of my job. Gusto has a great dashboard layout (clean UI on both browser and mobile app) to track your paychecks, expenses, linked bank accounts, company benefits, calendars, etc. The Gusto spending account also gives you a lot of interesting perks if you utilize it correctly. Gusto does a good job of simplifying the expense submission and reimbursement process, which in my experience, is glitchy and time consuming when using other payroll providers.

While I don't necessarily dislike anything about Gusto, I think it would be useful to offer support for health / dental plan integrations so you can view or make benefit elections when necessary. The only main hiccup I've had with Gusto is when selecting my health insurance plan. I appreciated the helpful notes on each option that highlighted some of the key differences between plans, but there was some confusion when my supervisor clarified that we are not actually eligible for an HSA. That was one of the notes highlighted on one of the plans, and she said the employer doesn't have the ability to edit those so I selected a plan incorrectly thinking I would be eligible for an HSA.

What I like most about Gusto is that everything is in one place. Reimbursements, time-off requests, paycheck tracking, and pay stub history are all only a few clicks away. Instead of emailing HR every time I need an old pay stub or want to check the status of a reimbursement, I can just log in and find it myself, which saves time for both me and HR. The site is fast and smooth, and the mobile app is just as easy to use, so I can take care of things on the go without any friction. I also appreciate the reminders and notifications—small things like a heads-up about a pending task or a time-off status update keep me from having to check back manually. It’s a small touch, but it adds up.

One unexpected benefit has been on the onboarding side. I’ve been assigned to help bring new hires up to speed, and Gusto’s task tracking makes it easy to see exactly where each person is in the process.

**What do you dislike about Gusto?**

One downside I've run into is with time-off requests. My employer's policy includes 40 hours of unpaid time off per year, but because the administrator has our unpaid balance set to 0 in the system, I'm not able to submit that request myself — I have to go through my manager to have them submit it on my behalf. This adds an unnecessary layer to what should be a simple process, and it's not clear whether this is a Gusto limitation or just a configuration choice on our employer's end, but either way it creates friction.

I've also noticed some inconsistency between the mobile app and web portal — certain features or information are only available on one or the other. I understand mobile apps are generally designed for quick, on-the-go use while the website handles more complex tasks, so some of this is expected.

On the onboarding side, the task tracking is really just a self-reported checklist — new hires mark tasks as complete themselves, but there's no way to verify they actually did the task correctly, or even at all. If someone accidentally checks the wrong box, or checks something off without fully completing it, it can go unnoticed and the task effectively gets missed. Some kind of verification step, or at least a way to flag or confirm completion beyond a checkbox, would make the process more reliable.

**What problems is Gusto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Gusto, tasks like getting a pay stub, submitting a reimbursement, or checking a time-off balance would have meant emailing HR and waiting for a response — with no clear, self-service place to check any of that information myself. Gusto solves this by putting it all in one accessible platform, so I can pull up my pay history, submit and track reimbursements, and see my time-off balance whenever I need to, without waiting on someone else.

It's also solved a similar problem on the onboarding side. Instead of relying on a paper-based or manually tracked checklist to make sure new hires complete everything they need to, Gusto gives me a centralized view of each new hire's progress, so I can see what's done and what's still pending without having to chase people down or maintain a separate spreadsheet.

The overall benefit is time saved — both mine and HR's — since routine requests and onboarding steps that used to require back-and-forth communication are now things I can handle or monitor directly.

**What do you like best about Gusto?**

The interface is unlike any other since it is user-friendly and very intuitive. The breakdown of my bi-weekly check really helps me see where my money is coming from and where it is going to. 

I also appreciate that the interface stays consistent on the mobile app. Many programs/apps lose accessibility on their mobile apps but Gusto remains consistent no matter if it is on the computer or phone. 

I also love that healthcare benefits are embedded into the space since I don't like having to go into a separate place to see my employer's healthcare plans. It is by far the best application I have ever used for a job. My last job used Gusto and I was very glad to find out that my current new job also uses Gusto. 

I also am tax exempt from FICA taxes and with Gusto, my new employer easily put that information in. In the past, I have been taxed incorrectly maybe due to inaccessibility for my employers. I am glad that Gusto makes it easier for me during tax season.

**What do you dislike about Gusto?**

The only thing I might dislike (though that is a strong word), is the spending trends section. I wish it didn't only have to be linked to the Gusto Spending Account. I understand the limitations that Gusto may face with linking other Bank accounts to this feature. I wish I could just get rid of that part on my Gusto account since it takes up space for no reason.

**What problems is Gusto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gusto helps solve many accessibility and efficiency issues. Before Gusto, I used to struggle to keep track of all my information, benefits, pay, tax documents, etc. Everything used to be scattered and now it is all in one place which allows for less serious mistakes. I don't have to worry about where to find my W-2 when it is tax season or if my hours are wrongly documented, I can easily check and let my employer know.

I enrolled with Gusto after creating a P.C. and it's been amazing from the start. I had a lot of questions and needed support, and I've felt supported every step of the way. Gusto has an easy-to-use portal with many resources and advisors, providing a quick turnaround on questions and concerns. Between running a business and taking care of my family, it's incredibly helpful that Gusto is user-friendly and always available. The initial setup was excellent; Vanillo was so patient and helpful.

I am still learning about all of the services available and while the portal seems to organize all of it, I would find it helpful to have one person (rather than portal only and a general call number) as my main point of contact.

I really like how easy it is to clock in from my phone with Gusto, which takes away the hassle of having to do it on a computer. The PTO tracker is another feature I appreciate; it's great to see my time off directly on my phone and know that it's always correct and there when I need it. Gusto has also made it easy to see my paycheck and offers an option for a paycheck advance if I need some of my earnings early. Plus, the setup was extremely easy. You just download the app and log in. Overall, this is probably one of the best payroll apps that I've ever used.

**What do you dislike about Gusto?**

If there is a way for Gusto to calculate my check sooner than just a day or two before I got it, that'd be great.

**What problems is Gusto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like that everything is pretty straightforward. This is my first time running a non-profit and it has helped me learn everything in an easy and straightforward way. It's helped me stay on track with tax prep for my contractors and made it easy to input hours for contractors as well.

**What do you dislike about Gusto?**

I don't have any downsides. It could have been helpful to have invoices that contractors could fill out. I think this could help cut out the prep work before I enter in the numbers for my contractor. This could make it easier and less time consuming.

**What problems is Gusto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping me with all things payroll that I never knew how to do on my own. Before I had no idea how to do payroll on my own let alone with my contractors. Gusto came just in time to assist. It has a wonderful way of walking through what needs to be done for our contractors and what I need to do to ensure all is in compliance.

I use Gusto for clocking in and out of work. I love the little dancing pig when we sign on. Seriously though, I like the user experience because it's very simple and easy to use. I appreciate the layout, everything is clearly set, so I can find what I'm looking for easily. Once I sign on, it takes me exactly where I need to be to clock in. I don't have to click through any tabs or waste any time because the tab for clocking in is right in front of my face. It's efficient, easy, and not complicated at all. I've never had issues with Gusto. Everything is very self-explanatory and easy to get to. I also like that I can look at my pay stubs and that getting them through Gusto is very easy. Overall, I've found it very easy to use, and I never had issues figuring it out.

My favorite feature, and the one that I use the most, is the Year-to-date pay chart. This visual really helps me understand my income in a way I wasn't able to in previous software. I also love how easy it is to adjust my paycheck split, and to see how much of my paycheck is going into which account before my direct deposit even hits.

I personally don't have any negative feedback. I wish my company utilized your app for more of our work functions (i.e time off, benefits, and if I recall form a previous job - clocking in & out via Gusto)

Gusto makes the over view of my pay easier to see and understand. I do not miss the days of straining my eyes over a paystub to see the breakdown of where my money is going. Gusto offers a faster and more user friendly platform to take control of your cash flow.

The customer service is wonderful, quickly resolving any issues we might have. The feature that allows me to send new employees a link or an email to input their own information, like bank account and tax information, is incredibly valuable because it reduces my workload and minimizes errors or typos. Managing payroll for multiple companies through a single login is pretty straightforward, and I love that about Gusto. The initial setup was pretty straightforward too, with Gusto able to import all the old employee information, requiring only minimal adjustments on my end.

It is easy to use as a small business so that I don't have to hire a separate accountant to do my payroll. They manage my state and federal taxes and help with onboarding new staff. It is intuitive and has many more features that I don't need but would be beneficial to larger companies.

**What do you dislike about Gusto?**

Honestly, I can't think of anything I don't like about Gusto right now. Well, the one thing I can tell you was I had a call once with a benefits representative that felt like a waste of time because they wanted to take over the health insurance plan I already had but didn't offer me anything new. I am now in the process of looking to switch using the health insurance plans offered through Gusto.

Solves the problems of onboarding and making sure we are up to date on paying quarterly taxes. This has saved me so much time and fees with my taxes.

**What do you like best about Gusto?**

I like how easy it was to set up as someone who is not a payroll accountant. I'm a therapist, so I've never done any of these types of things before. I especially liked Gusto's payroll calculator, which made me feel more comfortable setting up a reasonable payroll. I like that in the future I can integrate other products as I go. The one year discount with blue vine made it easier to decide to go this direction, and made it a no-brainer to ensure I was compliant in federal and state fees. I had to make several calls for support and got a kind person on the other line each time.

**What do you dislike about Gusto?**

I'm a little bummed about how much each different feature costs, at some point it doesn't make having an S-corp feel as much of a benefit as it's advertised to be. Such as, having an extra fee for 401K integration feels like it offsets the money to contribute, which turns me off from doing that altogether. The gym membership option felt misleading, as if I could offer that like an HSA type benefit with tax breaks but that turned out to not be true, and came at again an extra fee. Gusto is already expensive and then felt like a nickel and dime everywhere.

**What problems is Gusto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gusto is helping me be compliant as an S-corp and filing taxes on my behalf. That's the real and only benefit I'm receiving. I was intrigued by other benefits like 401K, gym membership, HSA/FSA, but those will come at additional costs that are prohibitive in signing up for them.
