**What do you like best about GSP Account Planning?**

I love using GSP Account Planning because it allows us to create rich Account Plans effortlessly by integrating directly into our CRM, making the account planning process almost live. I appreciate the additional Stakeholder Mapping and Advanced Whitespace analysis tooling, which is very effective. The ability to track relationship quality across our key decision-making unit is hugely valuable and critical for effective stakeholder action planning. I also found the initial setup to be very easy and customizable.

**What do you dislike about GSP Account Planning?**

I'm excited to see the advances that AI can bring to the app - automatic client research for example, to help keep plans up to date in real time.

**What problems is GSP Account Planning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use GSP Account Planning to integrate plans into our CRM for a live process, and love the Stakeholder Mapping and Whitespace analysis tools.

**What do you like best about GSP Account Planning?**

This has allowed us to have regular and more structured account reviews and turned our revenue from 60% existing business to over 80%.  We’ve now got less stress searching for net new logos and realising the untapped potential of what we’ve already got in the CRM.

**What do you dislike about GSP Account Planning?**

The UI was previously archaic like Salesforce but it has since been refined and now looks and feels great to use.

**What problems is GSP Account Planning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our internal account plans were often buried in static Word documents.
