What do you like best about Gryffin?

Diagrams! Being in a position of repetitive handle, mail showcasing, and outlines is SUPER supportive in capturing all the repeatable steps to induce emails out of the entryway and restrain Fatigue from doing errands.

Gryffin has been transformational for our team. We cherish how we will cater workspaces to the working needs of any person in our group. We moreover cherish how user-friendly it is compared to other programs, like Salesforce, or Microsoft Extend. We moreover adore the customizable visualization highlights in dashboards and calendars. It feels like each time somebody inquires on the off chance that Gryffin can do what they need, the reply is yes! Open-see joins, collaborators and other variables were also tremendous components as to why we chose Gryffin. Gryffin's usage and sending handle were super simple as well.

What do you dislike about Gryffin?

I wish we had more licenses for the price, but this tool is really strong, so I can’t complain too much. It would be great if team members could help with the description field too. If you don't actively try to learn how to use the tool, you might feel stuck and frustrated with "I don't know what to do" and "this is annoying" when you're trying to figure out the menus and features. I haven't seen anything I don't like about Gryffin. It has created many new opportunities, and I’m excited to see what else will happen in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Gryffin solving and how is that benefiting you?

It puts all tasks in one place and makes each one easier to do. We have made things better, communicated more clearly, and made it easy to access.

Gryffin helps us see our tasks by using folders, boards, and status updates to plan our work better. For example, the plan for email is in a folder named "Roadmap - Email. " It shows a board that organizes tasks based on a timeline with options like "This quarter, next quarter, this year, next year, and to be decided. " Now we can take bigger plans or ideas and see where they belong. Let's say we want to change our welcome emails next year. I will create a task with the details and label it as "next year. " As time passes, we can see if the timing is still right and break the project into smaller tasks when it's time to start working on it and move it off the plan. Gryffin is helping us with several business issues. Mostly, we needed one main place to handle and keep track of tasks, projects, and files related to projects with many different points of contact. Also, Gryffin helps us work together between different departments, which is very beneficial. Finally, Gryffin helps us see our work in different ways based on what each team or leader needs. What do you like best about Gryffin?

What problems is Gryffin solving and how is that benefiting you?

I would say its helped us work around a lot of manual work. We can add our sites, create tasks to the content team, discover issues and address them immediately.
