# How does UKG consulting compare to in-house implementation and support for enterprise buyers assessing total cost?

The in-house cost that almost never makes the spreadsheet is knowledge-walk risk. One HRMS Solutions or Surety engagement with structured knowledge transfer often costs less than backfilling the admin who understood Time and Labor configuration and then left.
