I felt I was held accountable for what I said I would do, but also had flexibility to pivot into new areas of growth as new situations arose. **What do you dislike about Growthspace?** The way the meeting were scheduled via zoom with a unique link every time made it difficult to operate for me or my coach. My coach was fantastic, she really asked the questions I was avoiding thinking about and brought different things to light that I had never considered. I really appreciate the homework/challenges that were assigned after each meeting, these assignments really challenged me to grow and get out of my comfort zone while not being too extreme that it would push me away. It really was perfect. **What do you dislike about Growthspace?** I really couldn't find any downsides to the coaching process behind growthspace. I felt supported the entire way through. The only improvement I'd like to see is the onboarding process as it was a bit tricky to fill out the questionnaire as there was some confusion about which track I was on. It did end up leading to additional confusion about what the expectations for the coaching would be but once I met with my coach that was all straightened out. **What problems is Growthspace solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem I'm solving is my low self-esteem and how that blocked me from really growing and pushing forward.
