I disliked nothing about the coaching experience other than maybe I was forced out of my compfort zone. They do the hard work for you, and my match was great. I've learned a lot from the career coach I was matched with. **What do you dislike about Growthspace?** The downside of using Growthspace may be the scheduling, though that may be a temporary issue. They changed scheduling interfaces so perhaps that's why I had a hard time scheduling at one point. But that is much better now. **What problems is Growthspace solving and how is that benefiting you?** GrowthSpace made finding a mentor or career coach easy, which is something I would not have been able to do on my own as efficiently. The sessions were in the middle of the work day and some days would be so busy that when we met again, I needed to chat with Geoff about where we left off. Also being in a different time zone to my mentor meant this was made harder. The experience was great, and my coach helped me reach my goals and set me up for success. But, because we may not have been fully compatible, I did feel our meetings were more transactional.
