Groundplan is a cloud-based takeoff & estimating tool, focused on the trades & construction industries. We've digitised an old paper-and-highlighter process. No need for printing, simply load your PDF Plans straight into Groundplan. As you do the Takeoff, Groundplan will generate figures and line items for you. Measure them on-screen and export your estimates to Excel.

**What do you like best about Groundplan?**

Easy to use and integrates into Simpro very well.  Tech support is great when needed as well as many online training videos

**What do you dislike about Groundplan?**

Not much to dislike, maybe cheaper sub-licences or a lite version would be good

**What problems is Groundplan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quoting from plans, seamless team use, onsite plans

The plan compare and how easy it is to quantify

Sometimes the transfers to Simpro are a bit "clunky"

Less printing, faster quantifying, ability to count remotely
