**What do you like best about GroovePacker?**

What I liked best about GroovePacker was how practical and easy it was to use day to day. It fit well into our workflow, helped our team work more consistently, and brought structure and accountability to a critical part of our shipping process. Another major strength was the support behind the software. Dan and Olivia were responsive, helpful, and clearly committed to their customers’ success, which made implementation and ongoing use much easier.

**What do you dislike about GroovePacker?**

There was very little to dislike about GroovePacker from our perspective. It performed its function well and delivered real value to our operation. During exceptionally high-volume periods, such as Black Friday, we did occasionally notice some slower response times as the application was handling heavier demand. Even so, this was a minor issue and did not outweigh the overall benefits the product provided.

**What problems is GroovePacker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GroovePacker solves the problem of packaging auditing. It provides a reliable way to verify package contents against billing, improves process consistency, and reduces shipping errors. For us, it had an immediate impact, with our mis-ship error rate being virtually eliminated overnight.

**What do you like best about GroovePacker?**

The fact that the picture of the item imports to ensure scanning accuracy.

**What do you dislike about GroovePacker?**

That the Hempsters have to be manually woken up.

Pick to scan is now easily taught for new employees

**What do you like best about GroovePacker?**

Very easy bar code scanning software I have used couple times.
One can have their inventory controlled by a 3rd party software and shipping done with ship station as well as to order quality control done with style utilizing Groove packer. 

Has a very nice bar coding feature Favorite part was being able to split order in ship station.





**What do you dislike about GroovePacker?**

I would love to see a little more integration with the ship station chrome plugin so it would automatically pop back.

**What problems is GroovePacker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I Highly recommend setup.
It was simple do that anyone with excel spreadsheets of their product will have this up and running in no time. Also, you dont risk any unhappy customers eith this one.

The tutorials are clear and the product is very user friendly

It could run a bit faster and have further information. I would also like to see the option to download relevant info for future external use
