**What do you like best about Great Work Perks?**

What I like best is that our employees actually use it. We’ve offered other voluntary benefits in the past that generated very little interest, but employees immediately started finding savings on things they already spend money on. It’s refreshing to offer a benefit that continues to provide value long after enrollment.

**What do you dislike about Great Work Perks?**

We haven’t encountered any significant issues. The onboarding process was smooth, and the support team has been responsive whenever we’ve had questions.

**Recommendations to others considering Great Work Perks:**

I would recommend Great Work Perks to any organization looking for an employee discount program with broad everyday savings and responsive support. If your goal is to increase employee engagement with a benefit employees genuinely value, this platform is well worth considering.

**What problems is Great Work Perks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted an employee discount program that our employees would actually use and appreciate. Great Work Perks launched our branded employee discount portal in less than a week and required very little effort from our HR team. Their onboarding team handled the setup, customized the portal with our branding, and even sent the employee invitation emails. Employees quickly began using the platform to save on everyday expenses like groceries, wireless plans, and car insurance, which helped drive engagement from the start. It’s been an easy way to add a meaningful benefit without increasing our administrative workload.
