The Gravity PDF plugin is flexible as it is easy to use. We have been using the plugin for 5 years. To me, it is a must-have add-on to compliment Gravity Forms.

And the support from Head Software Developer, Jake Jackson is nothing short of brilliant. He's patient, very accommodating, and detailed in the solutions he provided.

Gravity PDF fills a need in the Gravity Forms ecosystem when simple screen or email responses no longer suffice. This a great free base plugin and you only need to spend money if and when you need to customize further.

The hardest thing about Gravity PDF is the customization route. While you can pay them to do all of the work for you, our team likes to be more hands-on but FPDF is not the world's easiest library.

This is in no way the product's fault, just a comment that you will need to be a pretty decent programmer if you want to write your own customizations into existence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the flexibility of Gravity PDF. You can build out templates to create the PDF, you can decide how it should look, function and act. That means that you can use it for anything from invoices to customized documents. PDFs can be attached to notifications and sent right to the administrator or the end user's email.

We reccomend it almost daily to clients. It's simple to install and easy to integrate into your website. The only drawback would be if you need a customerized template, you may need a developer to create that for you.

We've only ever had to deal with customer support once or two, but they've always been prompt and resolved our issues quickly.
