We have been using the plugin for 5 years. To me, it is a must-have add-on to compliment Gravity Forms. And the support from Head Software Developer, Jake Jackson is nothing short of brilliant. He's patient, very accommodating, and detailed in the solutions he provided. Highly recommended. Amazing plugin and support. **What do you dislike about Gravity PDF?** There's nothing to dislike. The support is so fantastic that any issue I encounter is resolved quickly and comprehensively, with detailed information provided. The support know their product very well. **What problems is Gravity PDF solving and how is that benefiting you?** It generates forms in PDF format, which is essential to retain as hardcopy. Gravity PDF allows the forms to be fully customised so that they look almost exactly like the printed version of the form. ### 2. This a great free base plugin and you only need to spend money if and when you need to customize further. Also the support is top-notch and Jake frequently participates in the support process to keep an eye on issues. The overall customer experience is very, very good. **What do you dislike about Gravity PDF?** The hardest thing about Gravity PDF is the customization route. While you can pay them to do all of the work for you, our team likes to be more hands-on but FPDF is not the world's easiest library. This is in no way the product's fault, just a comment that you will need to be a pretty decent programmer if you want to write your own customizations into existence. **What problems is Gravity PDF solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sending PDF receipts of products, services, donations Creating customized certificates for a variety of purposes Batch downloading form submissions for offline review ### 3. You can build out templates to create the PDF, you can decide how it should look, function and act. That means that you can use it for anything from invoices to customized documents. PDFs can be attached to notifications and sent right to the administrator or the end user's email. We reccomend it almost daily to clients. It's simple to install and easy to integrate into your website. The only drawback would be if you need a customerized template, you may need a developer to create that for you. We've only ever had to deal with customer support once or two, but they've always been prompt and resolved our issues quickly. I really can't say enough good things about Gravity PDF if you're looking for PDF functionality from your forms. **What do you dislike about Gravity PDF?** Like I mentioned, I would say that customized templates can be a bit of an event if you're not a developer, but it's simple enough to oursource that to someone.
