## Graviton Reviews
  ### 1. Smooth, Well-Planned LMS Migration and Reliable Loan Servicing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** niraj m. | IT manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Graviton?**

One of the biggest positives for us was how smoothly the LMS migration was handled. We had an existing loan portfolio on another system, and moving that data to a new platform was a major concern initially. The Graviton team worked closely with us to ensure that the migration process was structured and well planned.

The system is capable of handling detailed loan data during migration, including repayment schedules, outstanding balances, and historical transactions. This helped ensure that the portfolio continued to function correctly after the transition. Once the migration was completed, the LMS has been reliable in managing day-to-day servicing activities such as repayments, schedule tracking, and portfolio monitoring.

**What do you dislike about Graviton?**

Migration projects naturally require careful validation and coordination between teams, so the initial preparation phase can take some effort. However, this is generally expected when transitioning a live loan portfolio.

Apart from that, the platform itself has been stable for our operations, and most of our requirements around loan servicing have been covered.

**What problems is Graviton solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For NBFCs with an existing loan book, shifting to a new system can be risky because of the complexity involved in migrating active loans and repayment data. Graviton addresses this by providing a structured migration approach that allows portfolios to be moved without disrupting servicing operations.

For us, this meant we could transition from our previous system while maintaining continuity in loan servicing and collections. After migration, the LMS provides a centralized platform to manage the portfolio, track repayments, and maintain accurate loan records. This has given us better operational visibility and confidence in managing our loan book going forward.

  ### 2. Turning Tech Triage into Seamless Triumph

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Siddharth S. | IT - Senior executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Graviton?**

Graviton feels less like a tool and more like a silent co-pilot — one that understands our messy back-end realities. I’ve seen systems that break the moment you ask them to scale or integrate. Graviton? It absorbs complexity like a sponge. What I love most is the logical separation of layers — frontend for ops, mid-layer for business rules, and a solid backend for data integrity. It means when a ticket lands in my queue, I'm not untangling spaghetti code or chasing ghosts in the system.

**What do you dislike about Graviton?**

The only downside — and this is nitpicking — is the learning curve for their custom rule engine. It’s powerful, yes, but it takes a bit of mental rewiring if you’re coming from monolithic platforms. The UI doesn’t always communicate rule dependencies well, especially when you’re dealing with edge-case loan products. Also, for advanced users, we’d love more CLI access or webhook sandboxing for testing custom integrations. Right now, the dev-to-prod pipeline still needs coordination with team.

**What problems is Graviton solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using the Graviton, tech support was stuck in a repetitive loop—constantly putting out fires, escalating bugs, and patching issues downstream. It was all reactive. Since adopting it, everything’s shifted. Errors are now predictable thanks to structured, timestamped logs with full payload visibility, allowing us to spot failures before ops even reports them. Every action—whether it's a disbursement, EMI change.

  ### 3. Robust Lending Infrastructure with Developer-First Architecture

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hemant C. | IT-Head, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Graviton?**

Graviton stands out for its microservices-based architecture, making integration seamless with our existing systems. The API-first design helped our dev team connect LOS and LMS modules quickly, with minimal custom code. Their built-in auto-accounting logic eliminated our dependency on third-party finance layers, and the dynamic MIS reporting APIs allowed us to visualize data using our own BI stack.

The platform is highly configurable — we built custom workflows, roles, and logic without touch

**What do you dislike about Graviton?**

While Graviton is technically solid, the developer onboarding journey can be improved. The documentation is detailed, but real-world API samples, GitHub code snippets, and Postman collections for key lending flows would reduce the ramp-up time for new engineers.
Also, API versioning and release notes aren’t always proactively communicated, which occasionally forced us to sync with their support team before pushing changes live.

**What problems is Graviton solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Graviton has streamlined our end-to-end lending operations by replacing multiple disconnected systems with a centralized, API-driven platform. We’ve eliminated data silos across LOS, LMS, collections, and accounting, which has significantly reduced integration complexity and deployment delays. This has improved system reliability, audit accuracy, and dev velocity, allowing our team to focus on core product innovation rather than backend maintenance.

  ### 4. A Useful Addition to Our Finance Stack

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** VINOD V. | ACCOUNTS MANAGER, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Graviton?**

Graviton makes mapping loan products to the correct accounting heads remarkably simple. Once we configured the accounting rules for fee income, GST, interest accruals, repayments, and write-offs, the system took over with minimal need for manual intervention. Every transaction, including reschedules and part-payments, is posted accurately. What stands out is how well the accounting engine integrates with our ERP—entries flow smoothly and reflect real-time balances. Our balance sheet now accurately represents our loan book without the usual end-of-month reconciliations or adjustments. The Journal and Trial Balance views are especially useful for daily checks and reporting

**What do you dislike about Graviton?**

Some of the reports feel a bit rigid. There are times when we need to slice the ledger data differently or apply filters based on custom fields, but we end up exporting it to Excel to get what we need. Also, the accounting setup screens—especially when it comes to GL mappings—could be easier to navigate. It works once it's set up, but it’s not very intuitive for someone without a technical background. We had to lean on the support team quite a bit in the beginning. A few more in-app tips or walkthroughs would’ve made the initial setup smoother for our finance team.

**What problems is Graviton solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Graviton has reduced our month-end chaos significantly. Earlier, we spent hours reconciling loan disbursals, EMIs, and interest accruals between the LMS and our accounting system. Now, everything is posted in real time with proper tagging, and we can extract clean ledgers, profit & loss reports, and provisioning statements on demand. Interest recognition aligns with RBI guidelines, provisioning is automated based on DPD buckets, and all adjustments are traceable. This has improved our financial visibility, reduced closing times, and given our auditors a lot more confidence during reviews.

  ### 5. Streamlined Credit Workflows and Field-Level Validation in One Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** SUMIT S. | credit manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Graviton?**

As a Credit Manager at CVL, we rely heavily on real-time data from field agents, especially during the credit underwriting process. Graviton’s mobile-first approach has helped us reduce file rejections and incomplete submissions drastically.
One standout feature is the image watermarking with geo-location. It gives us confidence that the Relationship Officer has physically visited the customer premises—something we struggled to verify earlier. It has significantly improved the authenticity .

**What do you dislike about Graviton?**

There’s not much to dislike, but a feature we’d like to see enhanced is report customization at the branch level. While standard reports are comprehensive, some branch-specific views would help us take quicker credit decisions.
Also, while the biometric e-sign feature is powerful, we're still waiting for its full integration with our Aadhaar provider.

**What problems is Graviton solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Graviton is addressing several key operational and credit-related challenges we faced in our lending workflow. One of the most significant improvements has been the elimination of document fraud, thanks to geo-location tagging and time-stamped images that validate whether field visits actually took place. The app’s built-in image-to-PDF conversion has reduced our loan file processing time by at least 40%, allowing faster movement

  ### 6. A Core Lending Engine That Can Truly Be Trusted.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tulsi Ram S. | Head of Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Graviton?**

in terms of development Graviton is a great choice for quick editing or working on smaller projects.

**What do you dislike about Graviton?**

System permissions and access levels are comprehensive but customizing them for new roles takes a bit of practice.

**What problems is Graviton solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’ve transitioned from fragmented tools and spreadsheets to a unified system that handles every aspect of our credit lifecycle. The control and consistency across departments has improved compliance, reduced leakage, and brought operational excellence.

  ### 7. Graviton is IT-Aligned, Secure, and Customizable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kartik G. | IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Graviton?**

Graviton is developer-friendly and doesn't lock us into rigid workflows. Everything is modular, the APIs are well-structured, and we were able to integrate our KYC, CKYC, and credit bureaus without vendor bottlenecks. Logging and exception tracking are also detailed, which helps in debugging and audits.

**What do you dislike about Graviton?**

Need improvement LMS and LOS and Reports quality.

**What problems is Graviton solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Team coordination

  ### 8. Stronger Credit Controls With Rule-Based Checks

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** NISHA R. | Regional Credit Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Graviton?**

We’ve implemented automated rules that reject or flag applications based on criteria like DTI ratio, past delinquency, or bureau score. This eliminates bias and ensures consistency.

**What do you dislike about Graviton?**

The rule builder UI could offer easier testing before deployment.

**What problems is Graviton solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Graviton ensures credit policy is followed across regions and teams. Deviations are rare now, and approvals are cleaner.
