Not much. I got a number and *thought* it was going to be a useful tech to have for my business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Where to begin... Not knowing that I was going to have to go through all kinds of legal crap with my PLLC and such, it took longer to register this number because of all of that, which was then longer than the free trial. Then it keeps forgetting who I am, and I have to reset password when I go into the app because I don't use it enough to count. Overall, tech support has been not so supportive. The support function was a nightmare as was the signup process. They closed my account for non-payment, then issued a blanket statement saying their policy doesn't allow for refunds of any kind, and finally the support function just goes in circles. It was really, really bad. I was surprised given the reviews I had from fellow business owners. It was like of the three items you need to set up an account - all three went as poorly as possible. Grasshopper was very user friendly.

It was easy to use and never really had a need to contact customer support.

We used it for a few years and were very satisfied.

The implementation was easy and we loved that we can use it on a landline/VOIP or also log into the Grasshopper app and answer on the go.

Downside was that we grew rather quickly and needed to switch to another company to meet our needs. Other than that, we would've stayed.
