What do you like best about Granton Advertising?

Their engineering team pulled off a complex, multi-location deployment across eight premier resort properties on an aggressive three-month timeline. They delivered a highly responsive full-stack architecture built with React.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL. By implementing a strongly typed GraphQL API layer, they eliminated data over-fetching at our retail terminals and event booths. They also integrated OpenAI's GPT API and LangChain workflows into an automated WhatsApp customer-intake framework, which streamlined our guest data ingestion end to end. What do you dislike about Granton Advertising?

There was very little to criticize about their execution overall. The only meaningful friction on the project came from the technical limitations of our legacy hospitality software, Micros-Fidelio. Trying to integrate custom GraphQL middleware with such a rigid legacy environment created complicated data-synchronization bottlenecks. Even so, Granton’s team navigated these constraints smoothly, building a custom platform that allowed us to phase out the legacy system entirely while still keeping to a disciplined deployment timeline. Initially, there was a bit of hesitation from our IT department. Balancing integration between our legacy POS system and the Granton custom enterprise platform caused some early concerns. The team’s project manager handled the situation well, listened closely to everyone’s opinions, helped forge consensus, and removed the impediments. Granton Advertising assigned a dedicated, agile engineering team of 12 specialists to deploy our solution. Working in intensive 8-week sprint cycles, they built a custom front-end interface for our in-store tablets using a responsive React.js framework, and deployed the environment directly to Vercel to maintain ultra-low-latency edge performance across both the UAE and India. This interactive customer intake client communicates through a unified GraphQL API layer with a highly scalable server backend powered by Node.js and an enterprise-grade PostgreSQL database module, which helps avoid the usual data over-fetching hurdles. Most impressively, they wove OpenAI's GPT API into our specialized customer intake stream via a LangChain workflow.
