"Extension of My Marketing Team"

Penguin Strategies manages all of our emails and social postings through HubSpot. With our direction and input they write content - blogs, white papers, brochures, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My account manager if very accessible. We are in daily contact with each other and she has a true understanding of our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I get a bit nervous when someone leaves and I get a new account manager (doesn't happen often). You get into a certain cadence and then you begin working with someone new and need to settle into a new rhythm. It has always ended up well and my account managers have always had some previous work experience on my account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some may be nervous that this is an Israel-based company, however my account manager is located stateside. Some of the designers are in Israel, and it has actually worked out nicely that I send something in at the end of the day and it is waiting for me in the morning.
