The quality is exceptionally high, and the range of capabilities is pretty remarkable. They handled everything from brand development and brand guidelines to logo development, video creation, and website design, using Webflow. They have general not left room to complain but if I were to call something out I would say there was certain feedback in our meetings that did not get incorporated and required some follow ups. It happened a couple of times but they were really good at soliciting feedback frequently and adapting so I was able to point this out to them when it happened. I'm very happy with the rebrand and how they modernized and augmented our visual identity without transforming it into something that didn't feel like us. Though Brightscout conducted comprehensive workshops and stakeholder interviews, I wish there would've been a little more due diligence around the setup and migration of our existing website to ensure complete feature and content continuity.
