What do you like best about BRIGHTSCOUT?

I was extremely impressed by the entire brand identity and website refresh process & results. They were able to create a bold and unique brand for us that matches our enterprise capabilities. I appreciate how their design skills ensured that our positioning was clear and focused on outcomes. The team is very talented and helped us build a cohesive, scalable brand system. What do you dislike about BRIGHTSCOUT?

What do you like best about BRIGHTSCOUT?

Brightscout are amazing to partner with.

- They have great designers who came up with a slick new designs for the different pages and really elevated our brand identity. I had people reach out to me and say that our website has never looked better, I had customers say "we saw your website and it looks a slick product"

What do you dislike about BRIGHTSCOUT?

They have general not left room to complain but if I were to call something out I would say there was certain feedback in our meetings that did not get incorporated and required some follow ups. It happened a couple of times but they were really good at soliciting feedback frequently and adapting so I was able to point this out to them when it happened. I found Brightscout to be a genuine extension of our team, with their ability to bring talent across all areas of the product. They follow a true design-to-build workflow, which many providers claim but few deliver. I appreciate their well-planned sprints and great communication, which helped us meet our product and development goals effectively. The team is great to work with, and their ability to jump in and make a difference is impressive. What do you like best about BRIGHTSCOUT?

I absolutely love Brightscout! They are extremely responsive and able to take concepts and provide polished designs. Working with them almost feels like having an in-house team due to their second-to-none turnaround times. The team is super friendly and professional, and I'm continually delighted with their work. They provide incredible value for the cost and are wonderful colleagues. Their lightning-fast turnaround and impressive responsiveness mean they can handle quick changes effortlessly. That they use Figma is great because it speeds up our process and reduces errors by allowing our coding team to implement complete designs instead of recreating them from scratch. Brightscout's review system is also top-notch, making the process seamless. What do you like best about BRIGHTSCOUT?

Brightscouts' team is very innovative and brings a lot of expertise to the table. I'm very happy with the rebrand and how they modernized and augmented our visual identity without transforming it into something that didn't feel like us. Our new website reflects this well and feels timeless. Their team is also very responsive despite being in multiple time zones. Our project manager, Eduardo, is well-versed in our business needs and is extremely organized and personable, which streamlines our working relationship and transforms the engagement into a partnership. What do you dislike about BRIGHTSCOUT?

Though Brightscout conducted comprehensive workshops and stakeholder interviews, I wish there would've been a little more due diligence around the setup and migration of our existing website to ensure complete feature and content continuity. Brightscout was great about communicating progress, as well as including our team in the decision-making process. The team listened as we provided feedback and iterated on the design, copy, and feel of the website to ensure it was what we wanted. What do you dislike about BRIGHTSCOUT?

As we got closer to launch, we noticed a few errors in the website, as well as some cosmetic changes we wanted to make.
