They have general not left room to complain but if I were to call something out I would say there was certain feedback in our meetings that did not get incorporated and required some follow ups. Though Brightscout conducted comprehensive workshops and stakeholder interviews, I wish there would've been a little more due diligence around the setup and migration of our existing website to ensure complete feature and content continuity.
