# What are performance reports?

Note: Review Monitoring is required for this feature

- Performance reports are a great way to regularly demonstrate ROI to your existing clients.

- Reports can be generated on demand or automatically according to a schedule you set.

Performance reports display a series of metrics and analytics about your client’s online reputation over time using attractive charts and graphs. You can choose which sections you want to include in your report.

- The ‘Reputation Overview’ section displays cumulative star rating stats drawn from all monitored review sites.

- The Review Volume section shows a site-by-site breakdown of all of your existing reviews across all monitored sites.

- The Funnel Activity sections shows a click-by-click breakdown of activity on your review funnel landing page.

- Finally, the New Reviews section shows review activity over the time frame specified when the report was generated, with some cumulative stats and a site-by-site breakdown of where those reviews occurred, as well as snippets of all reviews received in the time frame.

The performance reports are well outlined above, but I'll add the value to us with our clients.

There are several ways we use the reporting in grade.Us:
1-overall campaign success over time. Shows how successful we've been at generating reviews, how positive they are, what the positive and negative keyphrases are and more.
2-monthly white labeled reports. We use these to automatically provide clients with updates on how their review funnel is performing on a monthly basis. Clients find these insightful and it reminds them of the value they're receiving as well as a reminder to continuously provide new contacts for the funnel. 
3-funnel performance. Shows a funnel/falloff report of how each step of the funnel is performing. We use this on the backend for diagnosing issues and ensuring its performing well. 
4-reviews report. This consolidates all reviews from all platforms which is very helpful when searching for a particular type of review or keyword in a report to leverage across other marketing channels.
