**What do you like best about GovQA?**

The ability to break requests into several sub-requests in order to assign them to various departments or people so each request is not too much of a burden for an individual to fill.

**What do you dislike about GovQA?**

I dislike not being able to see the parts of the request that have been assigned to other people. Sometimes the requests are fluid and need to be looked at from multiple angles.

**What problems is GovQA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems we are solving are being able to effectively address FOIA requests in a timely manner and keeping the records for future use should similar requests come in in the future.
