**What do you like best about GotSoccer?**

GotSoccer has a ton of options. One can access schedules, referees, club soccer and tournaments plus more all in one area.

**What do you dislike about GotSoccer?**

GotSoccer is very confusing. It has so many features that it is completely overwhelms everyone I know. The parents complained the most!

**What problems is GotSoccer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GotSoccer only created more problems for my league, we had to go a different direction.

**What do you like best about GotSoccer?**

In theory it has the features needed to run a successful program.

**What do you dislike about GotSoccer?**

Very difficult to use and not user friendly in the least. As a coach & parent this was a constant source of frustration. This sentiment was echoed throughout the entire league. Unintuitive and lacking basic functionality.

**What problems is GotSoccer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coordinate local soccer league

**What do you like best about GotSoccer?**

The tournament management tools in GotSoccer allow you to run every aspect of a tournament. From the registration to ref schedules and even displaying the results. Very comprehensive tool.

**What do you dislike about GotSoccer?**

If you have any issues in GotSoccer support is quite tricky. They no longer have phone support, so getting an answer quickly becomes trickier. Also, when you email support, they sometimes just refer you to a help article that you could have found on your own. The merchant side of registration also goes through a third party processor which is frustrating. It requires you to deal with two companies instead of one. Credit card reports must be retrieved from the third party company which makes things harder.

**Recommendations to others considering GotSoccer:**

I'd suggest users encourage tournament participants to pay by check. The credit card processing side of GotSoccer is complex and getting reports from the third-party processor is quite tricky. It involves another company that you need to work with.

**What problems is GotSoccer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've run our tournament using GotSoccer. The benefits are ease of tournament management. From scheduling to referee assignment the program allows you to fully manage a tournament.
