Compliance of ALL memberships is essential and working with Sports Engine made it professional and helful. The staff at Sports Engine are knowledgible and take the time to understand if a question is asked. They make it easy to utilize the Sports Engine website, making implementation areas of HQ easy to use, especially if you use the platform often, and it seemed to integrate well with our Compliance procedures. I am grateful to be a part of the membership HQ for USA Skateboarding and Sports Engine. **What do you dislike about SportsEngine HQ?** I can't think of a downside to Sports Engine as it has proved to be essential for the membeship of not only USA Skateboarding but all athletes in a sports environment. **What problems is SportsEngine HQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** The typical questions arise when a background check is still pending (no fault of Sports Engine) or when they don't understand what and/or why Safesport is required. Especially with the just turned 18 members, Sports Engine is kind and takes the time to explain thoroughly or refer to me if needed :) ### 3. I was the member of our team to build the public-facing website, and found it to be very easy and efficient to do. I was able to work with our SportsEngine representative for a short training session ahead of building the site, and I had very few questions during my build process due to the comprehensive training and access to support if needed. Our SportsEngine representive (Mickey) was also very helpful in helping set up some custom questions and registration notifications that gave us the ability to gain further donations for our non-profit and subsequently, recognize these registrants/donors in a timely fashion. **What do you dislike about SportsEngine HQ?** I have not found anything that I dislike as of yet. I did have a question about building a specific export I needed because the "exact" filter I was looking for was not available, but we figured out a way to run a report that suited my needs. **What problems is SportsEngine HQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** SportsEngine has eased the registration process for our families, and has significantly decreased the number of questions our administrative staff receives during the height of registration periods. I think we can attribute this to the user interface, the intuitive function of SportsEngine, and the ability for our coaches and staff to easily access and utilize the functionality and capabilities of SportsEngine (rostering, etc.). We have upwards of 30 teams and nearly 900 athletes in a given season, and SportsEngine has provided a way for us to streamline our processes greatly for registration, training camps, etc. ### 4. They help us to keep our league looking very professional and easy to add photos, schedules, announcements! Setting up the background screen and registrations that are completely entered online were easy to do. If I needed anything changed - I simply chatted or sent an email and was met with thorough, easy to navigate directions. They are so friendly and changes to set-ups are done super fast, even if you make a lot!! I recommend anyone who needs help getting their league brought up to date to use Sports Engine! **What do you dislike about SportsEngine HQ?** Only thing I wish was better is the mobile user process. I had some parents who had troubles when accessing the site through their phones. **What problems is SportsEngine HQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** Totally revamped our league and had every to break every sign up level down to a per grade level with multiple options, it was a breeze! ### 5. The customer support before, during, and after implemenation has been amazing. The SportsEngine Team took all the time we needed to make sure we were setting up our registration platform in a way that would serve the needs of our families, coaches, and business department. Once we learned our way around SportsEngine HQ, we found that it was really easy to use. The reporting is excellent too. **What do you dislike about SportsEngine HQ?** There are few limitations with SportsEngine. One of the upgrades that we would like to see in the future is an interactive Wait List whereby an HQ Admin can automatically invite a Wait Listed athlete to register for team. **What problems is SportsEngine HQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** SVSEF experienced a 55% increase in opening day registration once we impletmented SportsEngine. We attribut this to the easy of use for families and our ability to provide families with unique discounts. We are a big youth sports organization with over 900 athletes registered for over 32 different teams and SportsEngine HQ has been a huge efficiency gain for us! ### 6. Thie app makes everything easier for familes. To ensure this is all working easily, customer support through Sports Enngine is easy to use and responsive. Calls and chat features make it easy for all to use. **What do you dislike about SportsEngine HQ?** The one thing we dislike is uploading games from an Excel or CSV file. It takes longer but it is much eaier to type in ll games, one by one. **What problems is SportsEngine HQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** Communicating with families. ### 7. The chat function is nice also to keep everyone informed, ask questions etc. **What do you dislike about SportsEngine HQ?** I'm not a fan of the newer update where you can't see a monthly layout. Everything is by the day and with multiple kids in sports it's nice to see a calendar layout listing everything on any given day. The ability to quickly create registrations for recurring volleyball programs is awesome. I use SportsEngine daily to monitor payments, registrations, etc. Whenever I've had technical challenges that I couldn't solve, the tech support team has been fairly quick to help me resolve the problems that will invariably pop up. **What do you dislike about SportsEngine HQ?** As a volleyball club, we play in AAU tournaments (as well as USAV) and SportsEngine is not as nicely wrapped with AAU as it is with USAV. It would be nice to show AAU memberships along with USAV memberships. **What problems is SportsEngine HQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** SportsEngine helps me prepare and monitor registrations for my monthly volleyball courses. Also, SportsEngine helps me monitor payments for my longer-running programs like club teams. ### 13. I wouldn't recommend this system if you are running a league with more than 2 teams. Eventually, we will need to pass this software on to a new administrator.
