# Which relocation management providers support the employee directly rather than leaving HR to coordinate everything?

<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Hi G2 reviewers. The quiet cost of relocation software is HR becoming the switchboard: the employee asks, HR asks the provider, the provider answers, HR relays it. Multiply by every move.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Which<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/relocation-management"> </a><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/relocation-management">relocation management</a> providers actually take that over? Three worth comparing from G2:</p><ul>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/localyze-localyze/reviews"><strong>Localyze</strong></a> is the clearest example in the G2 review data, because most of its reviews are written by relocating employees rather than HR. They describe a case manager answering directly, instructions on what to do next, and documents and steps in one place. Worth noting they also say the provider does not remove the work entirely, just makes it navigable.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/waylit/reviews"><strong>WayLit</strong></a> holds a perfect rating from a small review base, built around employee-facing immigration support.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/xpath-global/reviews"><strong>xpath.global</strong></a> coordinates across vendors, which suits companies using several specialist providers per market.</li>
</ul><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">For HR: how many relocation questions reached you last quarter that should have gone straight to the provider?</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"></p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"></p>

&lt;p&gt;I’d look at how much of the employee communication the provider truly owns after kickoff. If HR still has to chase status updates or translate next steps, the platform may be organizing the process without actually removing the coordination burden.&lt;/p&gt;
