What do you like best about Goodshuffle Pro?
This software is decent, but do not use this software. This is going to be a very honest review because I do not want ANYONE else to go through the TERRIBLE experience me and my team went through. After spending 6 months to analyze and research the best fit company, we chose Good Shuffle because it seemed like their support team was really on it. They emailed us daily, asking us if we were ready to sign on. And although, I knew they were trying to get a sale out of us, I did like the attention and led me to believe if there were issues while using the software, I would always have someone to call.
Oh boy, was I wrong. After signing up and processing my first transaction, I found out that, they charge 3.15% on transactions, not 2.9% like I was told when signing up. Then, when I approached their support team about this matter, they explained that this is their "pay out" fee.
I simply explained that no one had told me about any sort of pay out fee. I was told it would be 2.9% and that is all. They told me that they could not change this, got very defensive and even started crying on the phone. I feel like the crying was a clear sign that she had deceived us of this info, and now that we found it, she some what fell a part and realized their scam was up. After doing the math, this little extra percentage would cost my company an additional $9,000 a year to use their software. SO PLEASE BE AWARE of this extra fee. What do you dislike about Goodshuffle Pro?
I then asked to speak with the manager so that I could cancel my membership. Mind you, we were fully commited to Good Shuffle, we had 4 members of our staff uploading/transferring over hundreds of invoices, paying a website designer to create us a new website, amongst many other things. Because of this fee that we weren't told about from the start, which would have been a deal breaker, I was not out thousands of dollars. Not just payment for the software, but for the labor spent to move us over to their software.
When we spoke to the manager over the phone, she said she would refund us for the remaining of the year, because she did admit their faults. She even explained that they are changing all ways that they advertise the fees now, because of the issues we went through, but the best part. She wasn't even willing to refund us for the month we used. Considering your team deceived us, admittedly, you would think they would be happy to reimburse us for the trouble.
I then received multiple emails about immediately needing to deactivate my account, or else I would lose all my data. We have hundreds of invoices to move out of their system + gathering all tax reports, etc.
They gave us absolutely no grace with a refund or transition period. These people are SCAMMERS!
Seriously though, watch out. I would NEVER recommend this to anyone in need of a new software. It is not worth the exhaustion, suffering and money. Take my word for it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
