I wanted a steps challenge and was sceptical on the activity challenge, but the office folks loved it. Engagement-per-dollar was very high, and the challenge was easy to run. We had to introduce a ban on colleague logging hours between midnight and 6am as HR were worried people weren't resting enough :) And we a few niggles about colleagues accusing other folks of cheating.
