Being able to easily track all of the potential job candidates in one place, along with a central repository we can return to when we are hiring again has greatly improved our hiring process over using excel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Although the UI is nice and clean sometimes it feels like it is a little bit simple in comparison to the other offerings in this space. However, it does mean that the site loads quickly and there isn't a significant delay waiting for parts of the UI to load which is very nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
