**What do you like best about goBetter?**

It brings issues that are essential to creating healthier workplace cultures to the forefront. Issues like employee appreciation and fostering good relationships and good communication among employees and between employees and managers become issues of central importance rather than secondary issues or issues not discussed at all.

**What do you dislike about goBetter?**

It's a great tool but we wished there was a specific focus or set of features specific to workplace bullying. While it's addressed implicitly, adding an explicit module or training could improve the platform significantly.

**What problems is goBetter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're all about creating a healthy and well-functioning culture and BP with its similar mission helps us do this internally. It keeps us aligned with what we teach others externally
