**What do you like best about Go Transcribe?**

Easy to navigate. Other transcription apps usually are slightly harder to use. I found this one easy to use. I like how I can keep track of audio files that I upload.

**What do you dislike about Go Transcribe?**

I am not sure if it is the software or just the computer I use or the network, but, it seems to always load really slow. Most times it take an hour or so just to load one audio file.

**What problems is Go Transcribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us better understand other languages outside of English and Spanish. I like the software due to the advancement that it has against the competitors so our performance has increased. We are able to help more clients.

**What do you like best about Go Transcribe?**

It's a free tool and has a very simple user interface to understand and trandcribe material.

**What do you dislike about Go Transcribe?**

Data privacy could be an issue, and the tool is not very effective considering different country originated people hace different accents. Hence, it sometimes messes the transcripts

**What problems is Go Transcribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's solving the human effort to prepare transcript of videos and audio files easily, which helps variety of users to consume the content in their preferred mode

It's a great transcription software. I have found others to be a bit more intuitive but this gets the job done

**What do you dislike about Go Transcribe?**

It's a bit clunky when comparing it to dragon in my opinion

It's helping in our notetaking and making it easier for lectures to be turned into documents
