Glow Digital Media is a cross-device social ad management platform which enables advertisers to build, manage and optimise advertising campaigns across social media channels. **What do you like best about Glow Machine?**

They've had some really good ideas for our business, getting to the heart of our products and opening us up to new audiences we'd never considered before. Best agency we've used!

**What do you dislike about Glow Machine?**

Their customer service leaves a little to be desired. A couple of the people we spoke on the phone to were quite unhelpful, however this has been the minority of our experience.

**What problems is Glow Machine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Glow Machine is getting us better, more effective leads by way of advertising campaigns - put simply they're getting us more digital footfall and consequently more business.

The price was a hefty tag on it but generally it made up for what it cost

The problems I have solved with glow machine is the ability to quickly manage my business online and send quick updates
