"Convenient All-in-One Tool with Automation Superpower"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Glean?

I really appreciate Glean's all-in-one platform where context is always available, saving me time by not having to repeatedly explain backgrounds. I love how I can add a project and leverage existing documents, and Glean provides the answers I need right away. The Agents, especially the autonomous agent, are fantastic for automating workflows. The MCP connector is great for connecting Glean to tools like Google Drive and Slack, keeping everything integrated in one ecosystem. I also really like the Skills feature, which allows me to build something once and reuse it anywhere, anytime. Glean's capabilities help me automate workflows that would otherwise be time-consuming, allowing me to share my solutions with others so they, too, can benefit and save time. As a heavy enterprise user, the clean front page is my starting point daily. Overall, it's really easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glean?

I'm upset that Glean took away the Claude model. I really loved my Opus 4.8 and 5.0. Also, Glean doesn't integrate with Hex and Fellow AI notetaker, which are tools I use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlines Internal Data Access with Ease"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Glean?

I use Glean for everything internal, from looking up how close my AEs are to getting promoted to accessing tactical information like where to find specific resources. I appreciate how Glean makes it easy to access very specific information that is otherwise hard to find through platforms like Google Docs, email, or Slack. It enables me to quickly get the information I need without spending unnecessary time sorting through outdated or linked documents, making me incredibly effective and efficient. The Glean chatbot is integrated into my Chrome homepage, allowing me to have conversations and ask questions as if I'm using any LLM tool. It accesses all of our internal data like promotion documents, rules of engagement, and segment levels, so I can simply prompt it with a question, and it does the heavy lifting. Instead of clicking through articles, I can have an ongoing interaction with the chatbot, which is much more effective and easier than manually going through documentation or sorting through emails or chats. Furthermore, Glean connects to all my other tools and software, proving its integration capability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glean?

Sometimes, the responses from Glean are obviously AI-generated, which can be expected, but they can come off as a bit too long-winded and tactical. The suggestions would benefit from being more humanized. While I don't use Glean for writing front-facing content, I do have it review my internal documents, and this long-winded nature sometimes makes the output less useful. "Powerful Enterprise Search That Saves Me Time"
5/5
What do you like best about Glean?

Glean makes it incredibly easy to find information across all of our company’s different tools and data sources. Instead of searching through multiple apps, documents, and conversations, I can ask Glean a question and quickly get relevant information in one place. The AI-powered search and summaries are especially useful for understanding unfamiliar topics and finding internal documentation quickly. It saves a lot of time and makes company knowledge much more accessible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glean?

The biggest downside is that the quality of the results can depend on how well the underlying company data is organized and connected. Occasionally, search results or AI-generated answers are not as relevant as I would expect, so I still need to verify information from the original source. It can also take some time to learn how to phrase searches or questions to consistently get the best results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Doc Search with Reliable Slack Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Glean?

I use Glean to find documentation and SOPs quickly, and I find it really helpful that it provides immediate answers without involving a human. I love that it usually finds accurate and recent answers, saving time and ensuring accurate information. Glean is native within our workspace, so there's no need for many connections, and everything is synced up for me. It looks at different sources like Atlassian, Jira tickets, Confluence pages, and Slack threads, helping me find threads that would otherwise be difficult to locate. I also appreciate the clean Slack integration, and the Slack responder bot or agent we created has been the most helpful feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glean?

I would like a confidence score or recency validation to ensure documents are up-to-date. It would be helpful to get a prompt indicating if the documentation found is old, so I know to check if it's current. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clear, Consolidated End-User Results Across Data Sources"
4/5
What do you like best about Glean?

I like the end user output, where it shows relevant results easily consolidating our data sources Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glean?

Being a business owner of the application in my org, sometimes it was challenging when I get frequent data source connectivity errors, especially JIRA sources. Also, lack of drill down report to understand the usage. I would like to improve the adoption in my org, but the reports I have is too generic, very difficult to understand the usage pattern. Mostly I get chat vs search usage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Glean as Our Go-To Hub for Fast, Reliable Internal Information"
5/5
What do you like best about Glean?

I love that Glean serves as a central source for most of our employees. They rely on it heavily to find internal resources, among other things, and it’s become a go-to place when they need information quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glean?

At times, the product’s pricing can be confusing, especially in terms of how it applies to the way we use it as an organization. I also think there’s room for improvement in what internal information it can access and then share, since it may surface sensitive data to people who don’t necessarily need to know it. "Intelligent Task Management and Seamless Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Glean?

I like how Glean surfaces intelligent reminders across multiple platforms, helping me avoid the hassle of checking different systems. I'm just scratching the surface with the agents and I'm excited about exploring more. I also find it great for generating assets like decks and spreadsheets quickly. Switching to Glean from Gemini was motivated by its context/intelligence layer. The initial setup felt easy for me, but our technical team handled the implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glean?

I think Glean could improve by offering a more in-depth connector with HubSpot. Specifically, I'd like it to have the ability to read and write across all objects, including engagement history and call transcripts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
