"Glean Makes Finding Relevant Info Across Tools Effortless"
5/5
What do you like best about Glean?

I like how Glean makes it really easy to find information across tools without having to think too hard about where to look. It pulls everything into one place and surfaces what’s actually relevant, which saves a lot of time and reduces the usual back-and-forth of tracking things down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glean?

I don’t have any major complaints, but sometimes the results can feel a bit broad, so it can take an extra step to find the exact thing I’m looking for. I also think there’s room for more customization in how results are prioritized or filtered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Glean Makes It Easy to Get Answers and Find the Right Expert"
5/5
What do you like best about Glean?

Glean allows me to ask complex questions about my organization when I don't know who the expert is. It can provide simple explanations, in depth analysis, or help me track down an expert Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glean?

Mostly they have to do with implementation, and a lack of access to write functionality, or a robust enough collection of data sources Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clean UI with a Clear View of the Entire Org Structure"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Glean?

It has a clean user interface, and I like being able to view the entire organization structure in one platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glean?

I think the cost of subscription is on higher side. Since it indexes data across multiple apps and software's as it may lead to confidential risks. The Gen ai agent can give bad results based on the outdated data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Empowers Knowledge Sharing and Automation Effortlessly"
4/5
What do you like best about Glean?

I like Glean for its no-code interface, which makes it easy to build an agent, and the enterprise knowledge graph. The knowledge graph simplifies searching within the company context, while the no-code interface enables others to create agents as well, boosting productivity. I also appreciate not having to manually connect to other data sources, as it's already integrated, and the ability to run agents to support other automations or systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glean?

I think it needs improvement in being able to do more deterministic or high volume flows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Agents That Dramatically Speed Up Onboarding"
5/5
What do you like best about Glean?

Agents are extremely powerful, but I don’t think people appreciate Glean enough for how much it speeds up onboarding. My onboarding was completed in my first week at the company; at every previous company I worked at that didn’t have Glean, it took 3–4 weeks of troubleshooting, submitting access requests, and trying to understand the company context. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glean?

Agents are great, but they're really inconsistent on how you activate them in Slack as a Glean Admin. Why does a Glean Admin need to be an Owner on an agent to activate it for a Slack channel? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Search Across Internal Docs, Slack Threads, and More"
4/5
What do you like best about Glean?

I like that Glean helps me parse through my company's internal resources in an efficient manner and leads me to the proper Slack threads, Help Center documentation, internal docs, etc. It integrates with practically our entire internal documentation tech stack, and parses through a lot of tools at once. I use it every day for quick queries and longer-form questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glean?

Sometimes, Glean's AI responses are not completely accurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Glean’s Centralized Search Boosts Documentation Quality and Discoverability"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Glean?

Glean has the centralized search access across SharePoint, Teams, Outlook emails, our document 360 knowledge base, Figma, Aha dashboard, and ADO.

It really works as layer on top of the documentation tools, but not replacement. As a technical writer, after using glean i feel like it provides better documentation content quality because content is actively searched and reused. If we are searching for any clarification or additional content request it provides the right answer rather than forcing user to browse the knowledge base.

Its agent capabilities opens the more possibilities for doc driven assistants. ALso it having strong discoverability for published documentation so it reduce the repeated question from the users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glean?

I wish to have an easy way to flag the deprecated or outdated content directly from the searched result. Also i found one issue if i am connecting the vpn, sometimes it slow me down when i just want an quick answer. I found that still some of the documentetion tools integration are still evolving so the overall experience is not fully seamless yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamlessly Connects and Organizes Tasks"
5/5
What do you like best about Glean?

I appreciate using Glean because it helps me search, write responses to Slack, and connect to various connectors. Glean screens through my Slack, Gmail, JIRA, and organizes my lists, highlighting my pending work and next actions. I like that it summarizes through connected sources and offers solutions or suggestions, making it a great tool for organizing and providing appropriate responses. The initial setup was easy; I just needed to log in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glean?

I find that Glean needs better documentation for connectors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Glean: Essential for Enterprise Context and AI"
5/5
What do you like best about Glean?

I like the user interface of Glean. It's really easy to use as a non-developer and non-technical person, and it makes it easy for me to teach others at the company. Our technical team enjoys using it because it allows them to go deeper on the technical side if they want. I also like the agent feature where you can connect different sources and get it to do some work for you or at least do a first draft of work. The agent feature gives me work in a proactive way by searching the web or our sources for tasks, balancing my priorities, and providing them in a timely manner. It brings all the context in, allowing it to operate in a reliable, high-quality way. Furthermore, anytime there is a new feature, it's very easy to switch it on and share it with our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Glean?

We work through AWS Bedrock, and if we connect through it, we'd lose some features and be really behind in our feature set. We want to be able to connect it through AWS Bedrock for our enterprise security, but it means we'd lose some key features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
