**What do you like best about Girikon.AI?**

What stands out most is how well GirikVoice / Girikon.AI integrate directly into Salesforce without needing a separate tool or tab. The AI agents pick up context from existing salesforce records instead of starting cold on every call or chat. The interface is clean and doesn't require much training to get a rep up and running; onboarding was fast because the team walked us through setup instead of leaving us to figure it out from documentation alone. Call and message handling has been reliable even during higher volume periods, with no noticeable lag between the AI response and the customer-facing side. On pricing, the ROI became clear once we saw fewer missed leads and faster first-response times. It's priced fairly for what it replaces (a full-time SDR or after-hours coverage). The AI itself handles qualification questions naturally and escalates to a human at the right moments instead of forcing customers through a rigid script, which is where a lot of competing tools fall short.

**What do you dislike about Girikon.AI?**

The reporting dashboard is fairly basic right now. I'd like more customization around how call and message data gets segmented and visualized without exporting to a separate BI tool. There's also a bit of a learning curve on the AI/Intelligence side when it comes to fine-tuning conversation flows for edge cases; the defaults work well out of the box, but customizing the qualification logic for niche scenarios takes some back-and-forth with support rather than being fully self-serve. Would also like tighter native integration with a couple of the smaller CRMs we use alongside Salesforce, though that's a minor gap given how solid the core HubSpot/Salesforce sync already is.

**What problems is Girikon.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before implementing Girikon.AI's GirikVoice and GirikSMS, we were losing leads simply because we couldn't respond fast enough, inbound calls and messages that came in after hours or during peak volume would go unanswered or get a delayed response, and by the time someone followed up, the prospect had often already moved on to a competitor. We were also stretching our sales team thin on repetitive qualification conversations that didn't need a human touch, which pulled them away from higher-value deals.
Girikon.AI solves this by handling first-response and qualification automatically, 24/7, directly inside Salesforce and HubSpot, so no lead sits idle waiting for a rep to become available. The AI captures context from the CRM in real time, asks the right qualifying questions, and routes the conversation to a human at the right moment instead of making prospects repeat themselves. The direct benefit has been faster response times, fewer dropped leads, and a sales team that spends more time closing instead of triaging. It's also given us better visibility into where leads are coming from and how they're engaging, since everything logs back into the CRM automatically instead of living in a separate system.
