Support Your District with an Integrated Help Desk System Managing the use, availability, and health of your district’s assets is a growing responsibility. That’s why we created GetHelp, a web-based help desk tool integrated with TIPWeb-IT asset management software. Technicians can see information related to an asset while resolving the ticket, without having to log in and out of disparate systems.

**What do you like best about GetHelp?**

You can customize based on different departments and do your own formatts

**What do you dislike about GetHelp?**

They can improved the dashboard based on departments .

**Recommendations to others considering GetHelp:**

Their customer service is amazing, and as well they once that help you implement everything will be with you at all times. My experience was excellent. Weekly report on how everything is going, and if there is anything wrong they will help you fix it. They went above and beyond to help me and guide me. Also a training was provided to all administrators and agents using the system. Also the Single Sign on with Gsuite and the API with Blackbaud as well. Is excellent product, and their support is impeccable by email, phone just excellent. I spend a year reviewing between two companies and finally we made a decision. With Hayes Software GetHelp Plus the TIP Web.

**What problems is GetHelp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can see the productivity or individuals and the amount of time they spend on a job.
