Nothing. They are easy to work with and provide a great tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like that GetAccept is easy to use and learn, which made the initial setup super easy for our team. It helps us send digital agreements instead of manually making them, which solves a lot of problems for us. We also have it connected to another CRM system called Upsales, which enhances its usefulness. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The orange colouring, in my opinion its not very professionell i prefer dark blue and black Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The implementation is very simple. And the product is highly customisable. We can set up at the back end to make things easier for the users and keep things consistent. The automation also helps us populate the value of some fields with the information the client provides to us. This reduced some manual processes for our team. The client support is very helpful. They always respond in a reasonable timeframe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When an internal approver approves the document, the document cannot be edited if the client wants to make any modifications. But it's fairly common that the client wants to make further changes when they receive the document. We will need to create a new version and send the new version to the client. It's not a very smooth process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the ease of sending a document and the easy method of signing documents, even with multiple signers or viewers. I also appreciate the ability to amend documents after sending, such as creating a new version without starting from scratch, as it saves time and is more efficient. The initial setup of GetAccept was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Perhaps there could be an option to edit address book/ look at all contacts in the account so we can edit down and clear ones we aren't using or incorrect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really appreciate how GetAccept makes creating complex contracts easy straight out of our CRM, Salesforce. The integration with Salesforce is smooth, and it saves us time because we don't have to leave Salesforce to create a quote. I like the user experience and innovative features that GetAccept offers. The initial setup went very smoothly thanks to the support from the GetAccept team. Shared Mutual action plans and recorded Meetings with customers is very valuable. Nothing so far, the product offers more than any other tool I've used so far Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like its simplicity and its ability to show detailed information about a document. Also the efficeny connecting get accept with upsales. it is really worth the price since we could do our job without it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes it can be hard to navigate through the app. but it can handle large documents and gives a proper signature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

GetAccept is a flexible, user-friendly e-signature platform that has significantly streamlined our quotation management and contract-signing processes. It helps us work more efficiently, keep better control of our sales flow, and deliver a smooth experience for both our team and our customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It would be very helpful to have the option to update information across multiple templates at the same time, instead of needing to manage and update each template one by one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how GetAccept simplifies the process from offer to sales with customers, and maintains a 'live-chat' during the sales process. I appreciate being able to track and follow customers' activity in the offer in real time, as it provides added value by allowing me to offer availability if my customers have questions and to follow up if I haven't received feedback from them. Additionally, the initial setup of GetAccept was easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes it's a bit tricky when I need to download the offer and edit the text line. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find the tracking of customer interaction in GetAccept really useful. It allows me to see when they open a document, when they review it, and how long they've spent on each page. This information is helpful to get an idea of the sales intent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The template design interface is still a bit clunky. The design interface is a bit limited in terms of selecting colors, fonts, etcetera. The way that it mixes PDFs with editor-designed content produces a single PDF where the page sizes come out differently. The product library is very limited unless you upgdrade at a significant cost. I love using GetAccept because it makes signing documents with customers so easy. It seamlessly takes all the information from Upsales, and everything just works smoothly. I really appreciate how I can see when a customer opens a document and even which page they viewed, which makes handling customer interactions a breeze. It's definitely easier to use compared to other programs like Oneflow. The initial setup was incredibly easy, and the whole process with the customer is much more streamlined. Overall, everything with GetAccept is perfect for my needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
