I love the ability to add so much information to my Digital Sales Room, my customers love that visibility. I also love the ability to track how often a customer is returning to view a Sales Room or a contract to gauge interest.

**What do you dislike about GetAccept?**

I wish editing contracts/sales rooms was a little more fluid. Sometimes I'm restrained to pushing a signature to a page number, and having to drag it to the correct one. I wish it was a tiny bit more user friendly on that front.

Getting business over the finish line and monitor how deals are tracking.

The fast and friendly support. From first meeting with GetAccept I felt trust from them, in the way that they presented the functions and how they felt interested in our business to make GetAccept perfect for us. 
Now when everything is setup for us, the ease of use is great. We don´t get any complains from our users that it doesn´t work.

From my experience I have nothing to dislike at the moment.

We have chosen GET ACCEPT with several objectives:
- To have a modern electronic signature tool,
- To share documents among different collaborators and offices,
- To secure document archiving,
- To standardize the delivery of certain deliverables.

Everything is gathered on the tool with an added bonus of activity tracking dashboards to better manage, particularly the commercial activity of our consultants.

Customer service is available and responsive.

There were some improvements to be made regarding the role of the recipients that have been made recently.

As a seller I am focused on helping prospects review our services in an efficient and engaging way. The Deal Room helps me do that - I particularly like how flexible the deal room is allowing for multiple formats of  content. There are great insights delivered from prospect activity in deal rooms and contracts allowing me to understand when there is interaction from the prospect. The support has been fantastic - quick and knowledgable support team who have gone the extra mile to help when needed.

**What do you dislike about GetAccept?**

I'd love the option to 'copy' a deal room. I utilize the pre set templates but copying existing deal rooms would be ideal.

It's allowing us to deliver content in a professional way to our prospects, allowing for collaboration and communication to help move deals forward.

As the saying goes, it's not always the sellers who sell but buyers who buy fast or slow. What GetAccept enables for high-performing sales teams is giving their buyers access to information they need regardless of the buying stage. We have used a variety of systems in the past. Still, GetAccept is really helping our amazing sales team to build the sales room efficiently and collaborate with the buyers easily.

Would only add the timings of the usage as we couldn't bring this sooner in the process. But overall, nothing much to dislike, but happy to see more upgrades coming to the platform.

Sharing a Digital Sales Room at the start of a call and being able to follow this through with ongoing content, evaluation plans, files and eventually contract signature allows me to keep close control of deal cycles and save admin time.

Not always easy to set up new contracts, and there are too many restrictions on font type, for example.

The blocks isn't linked so when updating, I have to update in every templet they are used.

Good overview of existing and completed deals. More efficient sales process. Unbeatable customer experience. Increased hit rate. The customer success team is fantastic, always available!

**What do you dislike about GetAccept?**

The things I have missed, I have always received help to add, so I honestly have nothing negative to say about the system. So far, I have not received any negative comments from our customers or potential customers. However, I have received plenty of positive comments from our customers when they have entered the Deal room for the first time.

**What problems is GetAccept solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can reduce the number of physical customer visits and ensure that our customers and potential customers receive the information about our products and services that we aim for. The system helps us to be personal even though we do not always meet in physical meetings. There are many more advantages, but I believe they are extremely clear if you have ever worked with sales and contract management. My recommendation is to take a meeting with a salesperson at GetAccept, you will thank me!

Templated deal rooms are a great way to ensure content curated by our team is used by all reps to educate and increase win rate. The built-in contracting makes the bridge between sales opportunity to closed won streamlined and easy for the customer. The insights into new stakeholders previously unknown entering a sales opportnity is critical deal intelligence, and comes from the prospect sharing the deal room with other relevant stakeholders. The built-in chat to and video-popup when deal-room is opened makes communicating objections easy for the prospects, thus giving us a chance to overcome them and yet again increase win rate. Also love the integration with SalesScreen, giving us real-time celebration when a contract is accepted across the whole org, TVs and more

The signature pad could be wider. Makes the non-typed signatures hard to fit the  small size

**What do you like best about GetAccept?**

It´s very flexibel, easy to use and easy to learn, supports the documents we use inhouse, great support and you are very engaged to make it work within our business, it helps us to be creative and you have wide experience from different businesses that helps us to improve ours.

I think the downside is the reporting, it´s not so easy to overview and its difficult to sort out the information we want. I know it´s not a CRM-tool but there are need for som improvement.

We keep track of our proposals and get a valid digital sign when ordering.  We get the summary of sales for each person up to the total for our company. We and our customers get reminders. We can make sure that all details are right in our businessproposals and we get the signing order right following our internal policy. We can easy follow up marketcommunication. We can use it for HR activities like employeecontracts and so on.

**What do you like best about GetAccept?**

The ability to set up a Digital Sales Room where you are able to present your solution in an easy way. No need for a lot of emailing around presentations you have it all in one place. The goalden nugget is that you can also set up a mutual action plan togheter with your champion to align on the steps necessary for the road to a signed contract and when all is agreed its simple for both rep and customer to sign the contract.

I dont have any dislikes with GetAccept my daily life as a rep is easier than it was before so even if there is something that disturbs it's not worth nagging about.

We use GetAccept's signing program daily, and it makes things easier for both us and our customers. It's exciting to be able to track customer activity on risk assessments and quotes :)

When conducting a risk assessment, the template is difficult to work with; for example, you can't move the images around but have to delete the image and add it again.

A simple way to obtain the customer's signature on an agreement and to track what the customer considers important is by observing how long they spend reviewing certain pages, such as in a risk assessment.

A bit slow to start for me as I was working on several projects at the same time, and the onboarding part could have been smoother. However, I got help later and now I'm in full swing.

Contract management overall. To gain full control from the sent contract to the signed one and everything that happens in between. Nothing falls through the cracks. The integration with Hubspot, which we will soon start, also feels incredibly smooth and I am looking forward to it.

Moving over to automation from manual paperwork has saved us infinite time over the last year. We are able to process applicants quicker and hire them earlier than ever before. Our rep Kiera is very communicative and helps with any questions we may have. She is quick to upload documents that we need to replace in our paperwork.

We had some issues with our API on the automation part which is the next step after GetAccept so this would not exactly count against GetAccept but it is the only negative aspect of the automation process.

The time and threshold for creating a contract is significantly reduced by GetAccept, which enables templates in a very smooth and efficient way. Instead of copying and pasting, 99% of the information is automatically filled in via variables, thereby greatly facilitating the creation of a new digital contract. A lot of time can be saved by automating the contract process with this tool!

The formatting options for the text body in contracts are limited, but this is not necessarily a negative thing. I would rather say that it is well-balanced not to have more formatting options for contracts - because it is, after all, a contract.

GetAccept solves several problems, including the time it takes to create the agreement. Overall, it is the entirety that is kept together in a good way, all the way from the offer, agreement, and even to archiving.

Great support from our CSM that has been a rock in our journey when going to e-sign.
Really appreciate the features how to interact with the customers (video, chat, deal room (!)). Also important for us to integrate it towards CRM and other systems. 
With the proposals, quotes etc, we'll getting more digital in our sales process and utilize the tool a lot more.
And of course, it easy to learn and use the system.

Sometimes the emails getting stuck as junk.

User friendly, efficient tool that adds safety to the communication with customers. Makes it easy and safe to send documents such as artworks and contracts for approval. GA helps make the difference also when we send a proposal with the video feature, that adds a personal and friendly touch.
And last but not least, the mobile app is soo easy to use and we can follow up ours offers in real time.

Would be great to allow video recording with an external camera; currently only works with the laptop camera.

**What problems is GetAccept solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Immediate problem that GA solved for us was the approval of documents: artworks, drawings and constructions, contracts, offers for small customers that do not issue their own orders. Secure and fast solution. 
Second issue is the follow up of the offers: with GA we know when the customer has opened our offer. 
Third point is that it gives us more insignt in the customer's decision process: we know to which stakeholder the proposal is forwarded to by our customer's contact person. It makes it easy to see if there is more than 1 person involved in the decision, with whom we should interact to win the deal.

I really like that GetAccept simplifies the contract process by making the contracts easy to send out for digital signature to the end customer as well as the follow-up process when the contracts or offers are sent out. 
I also appreciate that you thoroughly can follow the activities in the sent out documents and that you easily can answer the customers questions in the chat-function. 
GetAccept has improved my experience and simplified the process from offer to customer-closure for me as an Account Manager alot!

**What do you dislike about GetAccept?**

At the moment I have experienced som difficulties when duplicating an offer or contract in the application. The information and fonts differ from the original contract or proposal when duplicating the document, but I have found a decent solution and work-around in those cases. 
Overall I would say that I am very happy with my experience with GetAccept.

I think that the whole interface and UX are pretty easy to use and It looks good also.
Easy to understand what the features can do and in generally easy to understand.
I also had a good experience from the Customer Succss Team with follow ups on features - A big applause for the person who are in contact with us/me, she's is very good and easy to communicate with. It's a plus that I dont getting mails or calls from many different supporters.

**What do you dislike about GetAccept?**

The only thing I have issues with is on the last page before I send the quote/document.
Many times it can't read the "signers name" then it just said like: Dear "receiver_name" blabla... And then I have to insert you right name manually. 
But that's the only thing I have experienced that was not so good.

It's easy to send quote and deals to customers - They can easily go to the contract and signed it. Fast and Good way of working with GetAccept.
