I find GetAccept to be simple to use and very easy to set up. I appreciate how it helps us get legal agreements with our customers quickly and smoothly. The ability to have all our agreement templates collected in one place is smart. I highly value the agreement templates, particularly liking the option to record video in the document, as it allows for better structure and personalization. The possibility of more functions in a template. It is very limited in how many folds you can have, how big they should be, etc. I dislike that. I really like GetAccept for its ease of use and the powerful automations that it offers, which are made possible by their really good API. These automations save us a lot of time by automating our daily recurring tasks and even creating proposals automatically for us, which is super helpful since we handle a lot of leads daily. I love using GetAccept for creating creative deal rooms and signing agreements with clients. It saves me a lot of time and makes legal reviews easier. I find it super valuable that in the deal room, I can create a strong case. I also really like how easy it is to collaborate with clients in real-time. The connection with Salesforce is seamless for updating information, prices, and other important parts. The automatic offer creation from Salesforce company info and prices is incredibly helpful. I like that GetAccept is easy to use. It's straightforward to send files without any problems, whether through email or SMS, and you can sign documents using SMS or bank ID, which offers flexibility. I find it convenient that I can send everything online, and people can check and review the documents in real-time. Sometimes when the customer tries to access the document through SMS, it asks for an email address to get validated. And sometimes, even after validating with the email address, they can't sign the documents, so I need to send it again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We like how GetAccept gives full visibility into the sales process. Being able to see when a prospect opens a document, how they interact with it, and when to follow up makes a big difference. It helps us act at the right moment instead of guessing, leading to more effective conversations and faster deal cycles. The visibility is valuable because it removes a lot of guesswork in sales. I like that GetAccept allows us to switch from sending boring PDFs to providing a digital presentation of our brand and products, which is much more engaging for our customers. I find it valuable to see how customers navigate the quota because it gives us the power to do follow-ups in a more precise and well-timed manner. It would have been better if we could send our quotas directly from our business system into GetAccept to eliminate a few steps that would make it easier and faster to send a quota. Basically just being able to send the PDF from the business system directly into GetAccept. I like the ease of being able to make adjustments and edits, especially being able to chat with my team and with clients, which is a big plus. It's helpful that clients can view and add comments. I find it beneficial to see how often they're visiting the room, which helps us maintain a different level of connection when we're not emailing or on client calls with them. Previously, not having multiple deal room owners was difficult because it meant if someone was out of office, we couldn't publish a room with any updates. Another issue is that making adjustments in the platform can sometimes be tough; it's not always easy to go back and make changes. Also, finding the right tools and the best way through GetAccept to create something can be hard when doing something new. At Paraglide, I find GetAccept highly valuable for centralizing the entire deal process in one place, especially with its Digital Sales Room feature. This provides us with a structured environment where all relevant materials, insights, and communication are easily accessible, ensuring stakeholders stay aligned throughout the sales journey. Additionally, the automatic content generation from meetings is incredibly helpful, allowing us to turn discussions into structured follow-ups, business cases, and tailored proposals efficiently. This saves us significant time and ensures our communication is consistent and relevant, closely meeting the customer-specific needs and ROI expectations. The integration with Hubspot & Slack is another plus, optimizing our sales approach. We have not encountered any major drawbacks or issues so far. If anything, we feel that we have not fully explored all features yet - particularly the Mutual Action Plan, which we see huge potential in but havent fully used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We used GetAccept as our main e-signing and contract management tool for years. We are using Salesforce, and have been able to fully automate the creation of contracts in GetAccept based on Salesforce Opportunity Details, including the exact Opportunity Line Items defined in the CRM.

For us, this saves a massive amount of time for sellers to be able to create quotes in seconds with just a flew clicks, as opposed to manually trying to create quotes and contracts.

Our RevOps team has full control over creating templates in our branding and style, including legal text and similar. Our Sales teams work in Salesforce with the GetAccept module - when creating quotes, data is pulled in from Salesforce, and sales reps can edit some aspects of the quote.

For us, its very important with consistency in pricing and packaging, which we have achived with using GetAccept. Sales reps also appreciate being able to handle the entire contract flow without leaving their Opportunity view in Salesforce.

As customers I also have to highlight the customer service and support - the support are always quick to answer any questions or issues and our CS team at GetAccept are great to work with. As an admin I can be really stressful to experience issues in closing periods, and anytime we had any roadblock, the GetAccept team picked it up in minutes without any disruption to our closing motion. I use GetAccept to send quotes to my customers, and it makes my job easier by quickly getting things done with the templates. It's easy to sign for both me and my customers online, which is super valuable since I can't meet all my customers in person. Sending too many reminders is something I wish could be fixed. I feel like I should be able to fill in how many reminders should be sent.
