At Fieldly, we use GetAccept for a range of tasks including proposals and quoting, e-signatures and deal tracking. The platform helps streamline our operations and keep everything organized.

**What do you dislike about GetAccept?**

It would be beneficial to have a wider variety of template options for customizing our proposals. Moreover, improving the search feature would allow us to quickly find specific documents and resources. The app can also a bit tricky sometimes.

We've improved our communication flow and shortened the
agreement finalization time through automated signing.

I find the engagement reporting in GetAccept awesome and appreciate the flexibility of the product for different prospect engagements. I love that AI is baked in, which removes manual intervention, and its personalization is another aspect I enjoy. The setup is going really well, thanks to the team being very knowledgeable and supportive.

Google Meet integration, which is coming, not GetAccept's fault, being held up by Google

I use GetAccept for removing manual intervention, standardisng the sales process, information sharing, prospect engagement tracking, and promoting our brand.

It feels somewhat lacking when it comes to support for using PDF templates through API integration.

Seamless, easy integration with BankID services and a fantastic customer journey overall. The process is fast, requires few clicks, and gives the signee good options to get assistance when needed, while also keeping sales up to date on progress through clear status updates and notifications.

I love how simple it is. Very good program. It is a smoother solution for getting direct signing from the customer. Today we also got to see the new app and it will make it easier with additional deals. It was also very easy to set up GetAccept.

Up until today, the web interface on the phone has been poor.

I use GetAccept to create quotes for our business customers, and it offers a smoother solution for getting direct signing from the customer.

Building a deal room entirely with AI is not possible.

A single-link approach for customers means there’s no need for long email back-and-forth that can get lost in a spam folder or never receive a reply.

The tool is simple to use and provide you with status during the signing process.

**What do you dislike about GetAccept?**

That you cannot edit a document which has been sent for signature (even if it has not been signed) and have to start all over again.
That you cannot edit the document forwarded - would be nice if you could send forms which could be filled out and signed before it's returned.

Currently it's mostly a contract management tool. It also provides reminders for contracts which are expiring.

When we have several products and several product info sheets, if I need to change some of these, I can't change in bulk. The initial setup was easy but time-consuming due to this issue.

I use GetAccept for signing quotes, solving legal and presentation issues. The design impacts sales by being customer-focused. However, I can't change several product info sheets in bulk.

**What do you like best about GetAccept?**

We are now able to directly send a quote from our CRM (HubSpot), with just a few clicks. We've been able to configure it to pull in Product Line Items from a HubSpot deal AND have those items mapped to specific areas of the quote, which is very handy.
We also have been able to integrate GetAccept directly with our ChargeBee instance, so once a prospect or customer signs, we're able to have their subscription correctly set up automatically - saving our Finance Operations team countless hours.

**What do you dislike about GetAccept?**

When we originally rolled this out, we needed our Sales Reps to make changes directly in the quote template itself which was a little clunky; the layout of the Quoting tool can perhaps be a little complex looking to a Sales user if they're having to make edits or build from scratch - however we address this by creating templates which require as few clicks as possible for a rep.

The setup settings can be a little hard to navigate at first without guidance.

**What do you like best about GetAccept?**

GetAccept has been a great tool for streamlining our document process. It’s easy to set up and update templates, which saves a lot of time, and I really like the additional features it offers compared to traditional e-sign platforms. The ability to monitor when and how customers are viewing documents gives valuable insight and helps us stay more engaged throughout the process. Overall, it’s user-friendly and highly effective.

Working with Kiera has been an excellent experience. She is always responsive and easy to reach, making communication smooth and efficient. Her accessibility and willingness to help have made the process much easier, and it’s clear she truly cares about providing great support. Overall, she’s been a pleasure to work with and a big reason for our positive experience.

**What do you dislike about GetAccept?**

While GetAccept is a powerful and user-friendly tool overall, I did find that the platform can be a little difficult to navigate at first. Some of the features take a bit of time to get used to, but with a little training and practice, it becomes much smoother to work with. Once you get past the initial learning curve, the benefits definitely outweigh the challenge.

GetAccept has made it much easier for our team to collaborate and stay aligned on deals. The dashboard views provide clear visibility into where each opportunity stands, which has been a huge help for both training and ongoing teamwork. Being able to quickly see document status and customer engagement in one place keeps everyone on the same page and allows us to move deals forward more efficiently.

What I appreciate most is the overall simplicity of the service, along with the fact that we can request customizations that are genuinely valuable to our business.

There isn’t much we don’t like overall. That said, we’re having trouble getting a clear overview of our contracts—basically the core contract management piece. In the long run, a well-designed content management system would have helped us keep everything clearer and more organized.

For me, it really comes down to how simple it is to handle both transactional agreements and larger, more comprehensive contracts in one place. Using our contract templates, we can keep a centralized overview of what we promise our customers and make sure those commitments stay consistent.

the translations of the GUI of GetAccept and the integration into SuperOffice (i-Centrum) are partially incorrect and need to be improved

The simplicity and how much it facilitates the management of documentation is what I appreciate the most. The support is good when you need help, and an extra plus to Isabella who conducted the training for us, as well as Jonathan who is always there and provides excellent support.

The business problem it solves is that as a salesperson, when you've got a massive email chain going with your sales deck, pricing, proposals, technical documents, legal documents, it just becomes a nightmare for customers to scroll through that email chain. This keeps all these documents organized really well for a very nice customer experience.
