What I miss with GetAccept is that it doesn’t automatically categorize agreements into the folders we have created, and that it’s not possible to have agreements that only managers can see.

I really appreciate having a dedicated support rep to help me get everything up and running. They were even able to help me to build the integration and automations with our CRM, making it easy to maintain accurate data. The software us super easy to use and I am able to figure much of it out on my own. Other products we reviewed seemed way too complicated to manage on our own.

I can't find any downsides at this time.

The best thing is that the tools are actually being used by AEs. They use it all the time wether if its for proposal or signing a contract, or to share deal rooms or look at the engagement analytics to identify if the deals are trending up or not, GetAccept is a must have for our tool stack at Simployer.

I cant think of anything really everything is meeting expectation.

**What do you like best about GetAccept?**

Our reps can work entirely within Salesforce without jumping between systems, as GetAccept has seamless integration with Salesforce. With automated workflows that save time and reduce errors,  we're able to move opportunity stages based on different stages in GetAccept documents, and also send out documents from GetAccept automatically.
Another awesome feature in GetAccept is the real-time engagement tracking that gives our sales team visibility into when and how customers interact with proposals. GetAccept Customer support has been really good, our Customer Success Manager, Kiera, has been consistently responsive and quick to answer questions.

**What do you dislike about GetAccept?**

Some advanced Salesforce customisation needed extra effort, though support was helpful.

**What problems is GetAccept solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GetAccept has solved the challenge of creating and managing proposals, contract and warranty documents within our Salesforce environment. 
It's increased our efficiency, visibility and a faster turnaround.

The synchronization with Salesforce is a huge advantage—it makes the tool extremely simple to use for every team member and allows for very fast contract creation, which is essential for our workflow. It’s also user-friendly, with a clean UX that encourages quick adoption across teams.
Another key strength is the support: the team is very available and attentive, especially during onboarding and training. Our account manager is extremely responsive and helpful, which makes a real difference in day-to-day operations.
At one point, we needed to set up an API integration, and the team was very responsive and supportive in helping me configure the webhooks properly. Their technical support was quick, clear, and effective.

**What do you dislike about GetAccept?**

We’ve occasionally experienced overly aggressive upselling from the GetAccept sales team, to the point where they reached out to higher-level managers who were not the right stakeholders. This created some internal frustration and can damage the tool’s reputation internally.
Also, the lack of flexibility in conditional templates forces us to duplicate contracts for minor variations, which has led to internal friction and unnecessarily complex processes.

**What problems is GetAccept solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GetAccept helps us significantly reduce the time it takes to generate and send contracts, thanks to its seamless Salesforce integration and fast document creation process. It also improves visibility and tracking throughout the signing process, making it easier for sales reps to follow up and close deals faster. The tool helps us keep everything centralized, reduces manual steps, and creates a smoother experience for both internal teams and clients.

Understanding what your prospect is doing after the meeting.  Are they looking at your quote or materials? Are they just saying they opened the document but really didn't and have no interest? Are they forwarding the document to other people in the company you don't know about.

Also, the ability to call when they're looking at the document or engage in chats without taking their eyes of the agreement is very helpful.

Ultimately the selling comes from you but this is a great tool to help support what you do best.

**What do you dislike about GetAccept?**

Their Salesforce Admin Application can be quite confusing. Luckily, the Account Manager can guide through what you need.

**What problems is GetAccept solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Have multiple versions of agreements on word docs get very messy to clean up and reuse.  Being able to automate that has saved a tremendous amount of time.
