The biggest benefit for us is that Geoffy deals with the underlying product information rather than asking us to change the way the shop looks to customers. It adds structured information and AI readable content without requiring us to rebuild our theme. Setup was quick and we were live without needing a developer to make significant theme changes. It's one of the few tools we've found that approaches AI visibility from the perspective of the actual ecommerce site. The WordPress and WooCommerce integration makes it practical for us because we don't have to move platforms or build a separate content system. Geoffy has helped us think differently about product content. The useful part isn't simply getting another dashboard showing whether an AI mentioned us. It helps create answer-ready information about our products on our own domain. That gives us much more control over the information AI systems can access about our products. Easy to set up and integrate with Shopify, products synced quickly and we had pages live within minutes.

We’re using it to create multiple product landing pages per SKU with different intent and incentives, all of which we control. That’s been useful as it gives us more flexibility vs just relying on one PDP, and allows us to test different angles.

The UI is very good and generally easy to navigate and an issues we duid have the support has been very good, responsive and open to feedback, and they’ve taken on board everything we’ve mentioned so far.
