**What do you like best about Genki?**

They have so many features specific to optometry. They can integrate with your devices, and their team is great!

**What do you dislike about Genki?**

Nothing really. Genki is a relatively new company, but they have been great. They are heading in a great direction.

**What problems is Genki solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I wanted an optometry specific softwear that can handle device integration, patient reminder, recall, charting, faxing, referral, product inventory etc. Genki beautifully bundled all these features together! They know what their customers need.
