What do you like best about Fynzo Survey?

The most helpful tool in all of Fynzo's Software suites is just that. Their software suite is the icing on the cake when it comes to gathering feedback from your customers but more importantly, understanding and quantifying the data into the voice of the consumer. What do you dislike about Fynzo Survey?

I dislike the inability to merge specific APIs, as well as other well, know CRM and Business Intelligence programs. Making a difficult sell for established businesses who see this as their Achilles Heal against Survey Monkey! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fynzo Survey solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am solving the problem, I never both question whether it was a problem or not? I merely never pondered the subject of empowering our customers with the ability to criticize, critique, and share their feedback about my business. Which not only improve the consumer's shopping experience by more than 50% the previous quarter, our sales saw a hefty 35% increase from the previous quarter. What do you like best about Fynzo Survey?

The Fryzno Survey Tool is extremely easy to setup and very customizable. Really great that NPS, Likert scales, and smiley, star ratings, etc. can be utilizes, unlike other survey tools on the market.

It is also very easy to share survey results across social media and email.

The most important feature is that Fynzo offers real-time analysis. It doesn't matter if your survey is complex and lengthy or as simple as a few team-building questions. It provides real-time statistics and analysis that allow you to make decisions based on the findings on the go. What do you dislike about Fynzo Survey?

There is nothing I would say I dislike about Fynzo. It is one of the best survey tools available at a reasonable price and requires almost no particular learning or training before using this software. The graphic is rather plain. I use Fynzo for conducting Market Research. I needed to reach out to a sizable population to understand their needs and their reaction to new products or branding, which is critical to the success of the project. It helps reduce costs for doing the research, like distribution, advertisement, and the collection of feedback. Also, its easy-to-use features encourage recipients to complete the survey. It saves up time and effort. More importantly, my team and I no longer need to waste time considering different options for conducting.
