**What do you like best about FXCRM?**

They have the best support in industry. With FXCRM whenever we have any issue doubt, confusion or need any features to develop we always find their team online with us and get the work done, it feels like I have my own tech team working with me 24/7. This is a very important thing who have gone through he will understand. They have all time live support not like open ticket or email and waiting for reply instant support. I really like there support and service

**What do you dislike about FXCRM?**

Not really that much to dislike so far. They have high price, but compare to their support I think it worth the price.

**What problems is FXCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have used other CRM in past but all they have is support ticket or email support or support via AI or late support after some chat they will force me to email or open ticket and wait. FXCRM have straight support like my own inhouse team get the instruction make it done, just as simple as that.
