**What do you like best about Fusion?**

What I like best about Fusion is the added support and flexibility they provide. Having VA assistance helps take routine tasks off our team’s plate, which makes daily operations more manageable. Their support allows us to stay more organized, keep up with service work, and free up time for tasks that require direct client or producer involvement.

**What do you dislike about Fusion?**

The main challenge is that, like with any outsourced support team, there is a learning curve in the beginning. It takes time to train the VAs on our agency’s specific workflows, carrier requirements, documentation standards, and communication preferences. Clear instructions, consistent feedback, and quality control are important to make sure the work is accurate and aligned with how our agency operates.

**Recommendations to others considering Fusion:**

I would recommend having clear SOPs, task expectations, and training materials ready before getting started. Fusion can be very helpful, but the best results come when you treat the VAs as an extension of your team and invest time into onboarding, communication, and regular feedback. When expectations are clear, they can be a strong resource for improving efficiency and increasing agency capacity.

**What problems is Fusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fusion helps us manage workload and increase our team’s capacity by providing reliable VA support through FBSPL. They assist with time-consuming back-office and service tasks, which allows our in-house team to focus more on client communication, sales, retention, and higher-priority agency responsibilities. This benefits us by improving turnaround time, reducing administrative bottlenecks, and helping the agency operate more efficiently without immediately needing to hire additional full-time local staff.
